Joe was extremely professional from start to finish. The job was putting in baseboards for our home, our very lived-in home. He gave a very fair quote, and followed through with very good work. The baseboards look amazing, and we are very please with the overall experience. We won’t hesitate to reach out to him again for our next project!

We hired Joe to remove our mobile home door and replace it with a brand new door and frame Others I asked about doing the job said they do not do mobile home doors because they are too difficult. Joe did a superb job and a very fair price. We highly recommend him.

I am pretty sure that Joe Pannell and his company, Pannell's Installation, care more about larger commercial projects than residential ones, so don't be surprised if you are a small customer and are not treated fairly. My wife and I were very poorly treated and disrespected without any good explanation. Our project kept getting rescheduled and pushed back, probably because Joe wanted to prioritize his other larger projects and complete them first before resuming ours. He would show up a couple days here and there, and then we wouldn't hear from him for 3-4 weeks at a time. This took place over 4 months and after taking 2/3 of our project money. We hired him to demo and install/paint/trim 20 residential interior doors. Many of the doors would not close properly and were not cut to the right size. All the doors were hung, painted and partially trimmed out, but none of the doors were fully done after 4 months. We ended up going a different direction and hiring another contractor to redo most of the work, to fix many of the problems and to actually complete the job. The new contractor finished up in 1 week. This project should have taken 2-3 weeks at most, not 4-5 months.

They had to order the sliding doors so it's not completed, but they re-screened the screened in porch and replaced the door. Their quote was competitive with the other quoter but I hadn't heard of the replacements. With Pannells I knew what I was getting and it was recommended by a disinterested third party.

Not previously knowing this company I read the ratings on Home Advisor and hired them. Their work ethics and quality of work was impeccable! No detail was missed. I also appreciated the communication with the office. Glad I hired them:)

Kevin arrived on time, with two helpers, and imm diately began to work removing the old windows, which were to be replaced by triple sliding doors. This not only involved removing old windows, but cutting down the wall below that--a big, but delicate job! Obviously, Kevin knew what he was doing, as the new sliding doors were fully installed at the end of the day! They did a superb job, and we are absolutely thrilled with the result; there was plenty of communication between Pannell's, Kevin, and ourselves, so that we always knew what they were doing, and how the job was going! Great contractor, great products, expertly installed!
