Rusty (owner of Panther Creek) does a very good job of keeping the project moving, maintains great communication and is very attentive to minimal impact while building my addition. I have already recommended Panther Creek to several people.

This guy is very easy to work with. Holds pretty true to schedule considering all the moving parts. Takes responsibility for all aspects of job and workers. Provides precision work and is always reachable and available to answer my questions and concerns throughout the project.

Panther Creek Construction is an excellent company. All the work was accomplished in a timely manner and within the price quoted. The contractor, Rusty Roach, did an excellent job of managing the sub-contractors, and making time to oversee the work as it was being accomplished. The contactor made time to meet with us at times conveint with us. The contractor volunteered (at no additional cost) to coordinate with an insulation contractor we hired. All items noted (all were minor) during the review of the work were resolved in a timely manner. One elecetrical task remains and the contractor has agreed to have the electrician return when we have our light fixture ready to be installed. I feel confident recommending Panther Creek Construction to others. In fact we have already made recommendations to others.
