Great service with them. Was quick to contact me as well as get a free estimate. Also, came by the very next day after the estimate and got the whole tree (large chinese chestnut) down in one day. Was willing to do all the extra details in clean-up. Very nice pros that I'll have back any time. Looking forward to future projects for sure.

The guys finished the job in a timely manner, even with rainy weather. Great communication throughout work activity. I am awaiting them to return to finish grinding the stump.
Response from Panther Tree Professionals
"This is Anthony with panther tree professionals we told you we would be back to do it but your business has slowed because of the virus, and we hadn't been able to rent a grinder yet, but we will do it"

Anthony was very easy to work with over the phone and via text, and Craig did a great job as foreman on our tree job. We had five trees to take down, two of which were very large and very close to the house. They got all of the trees down with no issues and no damage to our property. They also did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. They clearly know what they're doing when it comes to taking trees down. We had a miscommunication with one of the neighbors regarding the takedown process for a tree that was on the property line that resulted in some tension, but Anthony and Craig did a good job resolving that issue once it had occurred. I appreciated this greatly, and while zero issues is always the goal, how these situations are resolved once they occur is super important.

Tree Trimming
The tree work (removing 2 large and 1 small) was excellent. The price quoted was very good. The only glitch was a misunderstanding of the work to be done. I wanted a quote on removing everything, stumps included, to compare with my other estimate. I asked Craig how to proceed, and he said he would come back with a written contract. He never did, but we went ahead anyway. On Friday before the job was done, he asked for payment to pay his men as his bank was closed on Saturday. Not thinking, I paid him the full amount to help him out as he seemed to be an honorable person. He later said the stumps were not included. Because the work was excellent, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and paid the extra amount. I would not hesitate to use them again, but I will insist on a written contract before beginning.

I got a quote when Craig came to look at our trees but I was a bit concerned that I had nothing in writing. I requested a written quote and I did get one emailed to me. They did a nice job cleaning up.

Company was great about returning phone calls, showing up on time, and crew were very hard workers! Ten large pine trees had to be taken down and they did so under some trying conditions ie: landscape and close proximity to house. Only negative would be clean up which didn t meet my wife s standards, but then, neither do I 😂 . Price was fair and competitive. After reviewing the job we found 2 areas of damages. Contractor is not willing to come out.
Response from Panther Tree Professionals
"this is Anthony with panther tree professionals u can't just wait 3 weeks and decide we broke something if we had broken something it would have been noticed when we were done u shouldn't blame someone when u really don't know what happened we did no damage and u was happy with everything"

Family business ...know what they are doing....Never a worry about huge trees close to house. They used a bucket to take out tops and block them down or climbed them and blocked them down. chipped up branches and cleaned up.
