John has done work for me in past so I hired him to rep!ace screen and siding on my porch. When he had done some work I questioned the trim not fiting even against siding he said could not get exact size trim but would send down so smooth ( HE DID NOT ) one day he just packed everything and left I sent e mail asking if he was coming back since he had not cleaned up porch or chalked window he sent me invoice so I assumed he was done and went ahead and cleaned porch where I found that in several spots he had missed the sill when bailing on sinding I sent another email he said would ck in a few days when he came for check .. When he did come we got into a heated discussion he insisted there were enough nails in sill I had to point out spots where 4of 5 nails missed and loss siding irritated he went to his truck for nails and grudgingly fixed then I have him his ck ( should have. Deducted for items not done but did not want to get into argument ) he stormed to his truck saying dont call me again as if it was my fault he did a bad job .. Next day I painted and realised the trim was worth then I thought almost none was flush with siding and at so.e time I will have to send .. Besides the trim and the nails not in sill and the fact that he did not caulk or clean up he also did not put p addyl price of siding even though he had in trailer and for some reason he put up a door with glass in a screened in porch .. When I asked why he said screen moved up or down which it did not ... I had used John before and was surprised at the what I would cal! Sloppy job he did on my porch

I hired John from FL to do a number of maintenance & repairs for my disabled tenant home in CT. Since it was mainly small jobs I thought wed be put on the back burner time wise, due to bigger jobs he had. I was wrong. John. He serviced the property in a week wait and my tenant said he was nice guy & even did a few more little things she asked him for. Very Pleased! Update 7/17/2019 John stalled me over a month on an addition to decking and then dropped the ball saying he was to expensive??? He did charge me $660. to remove a 15X34; pool, waiting a couple weeks for that and then said ..umm an additional to decking can;t be done to code ..go find someone else?? He is all about $$$$$$ and quick on the B

John was great to work with. He did a number of small jobs for me and installed two air conditioners. He came back three times for the one job so I could do some parts of it myself between his visits. The price was very reasonable and more than worth it! We have already hired him a second time to do major carpentry on our porch. I recommend John highly - no matter how small you think your job is - and I am very relieved to have finally found somebody I know I can call with confidence.

John was great. Showed up early and went right to work. He ended up doing much more than was asked of him. The price was more than reasonable. I will definitely use him again and will recommend him to others.

John was awesome! Same day service was a plus too. He fixed the issue with the stove so we could use and ordered the parts. I will always request him going forward for any work or service needed.

Had to reschedule a few times because of weather, personal conflicts, mostly our fault and not his. Always kept me in the loop as to time with text messages and email. Came when he said he would on time! Cost was a bit more than quoted, but again it was because of the job when it was gotten into with more material and parts needed. Would definitely use Papa T's again.

6 or 7 people called after I posted job. A couple gave quote over the phone without coming to house a couple came to house then never quoted John was one of the 3 who came and quoted he took his time and went over each job with us. We hired him based more on his attitude then cost and were very pleased with job he did . John was on time he had everything he needed for job with him . He went over things with us as he was working so we understood . He.cleaned up afterwards and we could not have been happier with job He did ...while he was here we talked about additional projects that we will hire he for in near future

John did multiple small projects for me including reinforcing cabinets, installing molding and repaired some holes in my walls. He also modified a piece of furniture. I feel he went above and beyond what others would have done on similar projects and takes pride in his work.

John and I discussed that I needed him to complete a bathroom exhaust fan replacement for my rental home when he came because I was taking off work and coming from out of town. He did a quick fix and said he would have to come back the following week to do the replacement. When I gave him a 4 star review for this he then told me he could not come back because of my review. Never going to work with him or hire him again.
