The man didn't know what he was doing! He was on the phone asking what to do. I told him what the problem was but he never checked it. I continued to explain what I felt the problem was then finally he looked at it and said it was the transmission! He said it would be over $400! I told him I could get a new washer for that price. He quickly left with my check for the service call. I then contacted the store where I purchased the machine. My husband took it in and they replaced a $40 part! It was the exact part I told the serviceman to look at!!! If he was actually a repair man he would have figured it out and he could have replaced the part and the money I spent for the service call would have gone towards the cost of the new part! On top of that, he didn't give me a receipt so I contacted him and asked if he could email me a copy. He said he would but he never did. I contacted him again and left a message and he never returned my call! I would never recommend this company for anything!!!
