He arrived on time and did the job we wanted him to do. Somewhat expensive I thought for what he did, but he did get the job done. Very pleasant in addition to being competant. I rated him as a 4 due to the amount he charged us for what he did.

I would not hesitate to use Par TV service if I every need TV services in the future. As a 10 year electronics technician veteran in the US Navy, I have enough experience to recognize a knowledgeable technician. I found Parviz (Tom) to be extremely professional and a talented electronics technician (and a heck of a nice guy!). I described the symptoms to Tom (Dead Sony XBR - Standby light/diagnostics flashing 6 times) and the model number. He showed up the next morning, 10 minutes early, with the correct part and had our TV working in 40 minutes. His price for superior service was VERY reasonable and included some significant travel. TY
