Our team at Paradigm Cleaning Solutions never stops learning, in response to this we always strive to better serve our clients! However, I would like to clarify on behalf of the team that was at your home. I almost always send out 2 person crews. Prior to your set time for service, we had an appointment for house cleaning services right in your area. I sent out my Crew Leader as well as my Housecleaning Manager. I scheduled it this way, due to the time that you needed your windows completed and the geography of where we were at. You had 9 windows and 5 screens that needed cleaning. There was an understanding of a min service charge. My crew leader cleaned your windows while Chelsea cleaned your screens, She lacks the experience to professionally clean windows at which point she went back to the truck and finished her lunch and waited to head to our next house cleaning appointment. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during service. I do hope your windows looked great when they finished. We thank you again for your business and review. -Vic-"
