Paradigm Home Solutions, LLC

Very professional, Very pleased with the results, And even did an excellent job cleaning up.

Responsive. Fixed a hole in my basement wall. Completed quickly in one day. Great job. I'd hire them again.

Ross and Andy along with the crew lead by Andrew did a great job. Our basement is dry and we are ready to finish it.

Awful experience. Did a crappy/sloppy job and the manager wouldnâ  t even come take a look at it. They didnâ  t even put dry-loc down where they said they would. There are hand prints from the workers on our walls. The concrete is uneven. Now we have high radon in our home and cannot get it fixed until we fix the crappy job that they did. So weâ  ll probably have to spend another 10k to fix their despicable work. I donâ  t understand how they have such good reviews.

Great company. Highly recommend.

Affordable, hardworking, reliable, and completed our work to the highest standard. My husband and I are extremely pleased with our decision to hire Paradigm Home Solutions to remedy and repair our wet damp, smelly basement. They are clear and concise in explaining the work that needs to be done and then they get busy doing that work and do not stop until its complete and you aà  à  re totally satisfied. Hire them! Youà  à  l will be glad you did.

On time, efficient, cleaned up, explained everything in the process.

Did a fantastic and thorough job. Helped me arrange other contractors to finish the project as well. Were always available when contacted or for questions. VERY clean and professional. They explained everything to me clearly and without patronizing me, which I greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Andy & Ross both came out to give an estimate and explain the proposed solution for addressing water leak on a slab below grade foundation. I had an external perimeter drain installed over 10 years ago and it had failed this year w/ the heavy rains. Previous company did not even apply waterproofing to the stucco that was below grade. I have learned something of drainage over the years, having even installed 1 system myself. I was comfortable with their solution / pricing and more importantly w/ them and all their great reviews on HomeAdvisor and another website. They were the fastest company to respond and they did the job within a week. They did such a good job that I had them do a 2nd job on a block foundation basement that was taking on water because of improper grade in the back yard. And I had limited options there because of worthless HOA, but Andy and Ross solved that problem for me as well. And they gave me a very, very good price on the 2nd job as they did it only a week after the 1st job. Icing on the cake: they warranty the basement drainage system for as long as I own the property and they give a more limited warranty of 3 to 5 years on the 1st job because it is external drainage system. W/ all the jack hammering and removal of concrete on the 2nd job, they managed to keep the dust from getting on everything stored in the basement & the job look very clean & professional when they were done. I would definitely use Andy & Ross again as well as recommend them to others.

When you need waterproofing, you want it done asap. Andy (the owner) contacted me, by e-mail, the same day I put in a request. Within two days, Bob gave us a well explained estimate and the work was scheduled to be done. The workers were very pleasant and cleaned up everything when they were finished. Great job! I would highly recommend!

Professional, reasonable price, clean workmen

doesn't want to give any comments

I worked with Andy and was pleased with their price, knowledge and finished work. Work area and finished job site was very clean.

Best waterproofing solution, great customer service, best prices! Recommend to anyone.

He was very knowledgeable, helpful and explained things well.

Good follow up from the owner.

They were very professional, courteous and did a great job. They exceeded my expectations.

I had several companies come to provide estimates, Paradigm Home Solutions had initially spent a lot of time with me to explain my project in detail. They did a great job on my basement, no issues. They also honored a competitors expired coupon for me.

He is a wonderful person to deal with, always cleaned never any issues.
