Paradise Air Inc.

Last July the PVC pipe that I put 1 cup of vinegar in each month was filled with water. Paradise Air came out and unclogged it for $169 and gave me a one-year warranty on the work. At the time I was happy with the service. This August the PVC pipe was clogged again. A neighbor told me that he had the same problem and his AC technician used compressed air to clear the pipe (Paradise Air did not use compressed air). When I called Paradise Air I was put on hold for 7 minutes, then rudely told that my one year warranty had expired and they could not give me a price to use compressed air to clear my pipe. They did say the there would be a $114 dispatch fee plus the cost of whatever the technician did. My confidence in Paradise Air was already low, and the treatment I received on the phone made sure I would not be giving them my money. I called the AC company my neighbor had used and made an appointment.

I wanted to replace my heat pump, both condensing unit and air handler, before my old one died. John Walsh explained options and products thoroughly. I got two other quotes and the Paradise quotes were competitive. The system was installed very efficiently by Stan and Quy with no problems at all. Very happy so far. Thank you.

Dan Eaton was the tech who serviced my account today. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to make sure all my concerns were addressed and answered. I would recommend Dan and Paradise Ac.

Nick and Darren came early ( no waiting around for us ! ) and tackled the installation of a mini split system on a blazing hot day. Very professional and personable. The office was the same ... would definitely recommend them

Last summer my AC stopped working. Even though I had no prior contact with this company, they had a technician out to help within a few hours after my call. Dan was on time. Very professional and knowledgeable. I felt that he was honest with me and showed me and explained everything that he was doing. Even changed my air filter for me while he was here. He has since come back to do maintenance and cleaning. I feel confident that I now have a reliable company to call when I need AC assistance. Just wish I had known about them when I needed to have a new unit installed several years ago.

When my heat pump kicked the bucket I went on HomeAdvisor to find a third company to give a quote. The one I called was Paradise. Everyone I have dealt with has been pleasant and professional, The installers Nick and Stan did a beautiful install and left no mess at all for me to clean up. And topping it all off the price for the top rated unit was in the same ball park as the subgrade units the other companies where trying to push. Paradise are my HVAC people now,

Quick thorough and competitive on pricing

The first thing to note is that Paradise Air had the lowest price by several hundred dollars. They also accept credit cards, which some other companies that I got estimates from did not. To make a long story short, the technicians did an excellent job. I could not speak more highly of their work and cleaning up afterwards. I am usually not able to write such a glowing review but this company and itâ s technicians did such an exceptional job. After having Paradise Air install my new air conditioner, I can honestly say that they are the go to company for air conditioning needs.

Two technicians, Nick and Darren removed and installed an entirely new system. They took their time and did an excellent job. Darren later explained the optional service contract which was a no-brainer. However, if it were not for Darren I probably would not have taken one but not glad I did especially in Florida since the system runs 90% of the year. I am so glad they were recommended by my condo association.

From our initial emergency call on a Sunday (where AWESOME Anthony responded) to a new system install 2 days later, my husband and I know Paradise Air EXCEEDED every expectation we had! Their response time, the unbelievably great service, the BEST technicians, ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING, (soup to nuts) EXCELLENT! Darren, Quy and new apprentice Alex were BEYOND GOOD! We SO wish Paradise Air Inc. was available up North. We could SO use their expertise and professionalism up at our primary residence! And finally, Josh, who helped with the wi-fi installation and set-up! Absolutely OUTSTANDING! We highly, highly recommend them!

Tim and crew were great. Very friendly, patient with my questions, prompt for installation. I felt bad that they had to go under my manufactured home. There were no complaints . I highly recommend this company. Thank you again for a job well done.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. My AC just died late in the afternoon. Fortunately it was April and not June here in FL. The air handler was running, but the compressor fan was not. I asked my neighbor (a home inspector) for a recommendation and he gave me Tim O'Connell's name from Paradise Air Inc. and I'm glad he did! Since it was after hours, I left a message with their answering service (I didn't ask for an emergency call, as I figured I could make it through the night). Tim called me first thing in the morning. After explaining the unit died, but that it was old and I had no interest in repairing it and wanted to replace it instead, Tim said he'd have his estimator, John, call me back shortly to schedule a visit later that day. Within a few minutes of hanging up with Tim, John was calling and said he could come out between 11 am and 1 pm if that was okay - he was there by around 10am! He checked everything and took photos of the job and gave me quotes for a couple of options. John was very thorough in explaining the pros and cons of each option and answering all my questions. He was honest and forthright, which is always appreciated. After making my choice, he scheduled the replacement for the very next day(!) and told me the crew would be there around 8:30 the next morning. No waiting a week or more! The crew showed up exactly on time and were a group of three friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and hard-working individuals. They explained everything in detail, prepped the area, and got to work. I work from home and there was little to no noise and no unnecessary interruptions. When I finally went to check on their progress - they were already finishing up ahead of schedule - and my garage and outside AC area looked cleaner than before they started! I can't say enough good things about the removal and installation team! After they explained everything, gave me all the paperwork, and left with my thanks, Tim the owner showed up to check on the job personally. All in all, I can honestly say that I have NEVER had such a terrific experience with ANY air conditioning company in 30 years of home ownership. No strong-arm upselling, no haughty attitudes, and no BS - just honest advice and honest work. I highly recommend Tim O'Connell and Paradise Air Inc. and will be personally using and recommending them from now on. I have finally found my "AC guys".

Tim was very professional in his explanation of the scope of the project. The installers were kind and curtious and energetic. If questions came up on my part they took the time to thoroughly explain the situation until I was satisfied with the answer. On time and on budget.

Tim O'Connell was the representative that we met with initially. He was very thorough and patient in answering all our questions. We were able to have our upstairs AC unit replaced in one day by conscientious workers who didn't complain about our little dog barking at them all day! We are very pleased with how comfortably cool our upstairs is now. I have already recommended this company to several other people. I really am thankful for HomeAdvisor and the service they provide.
