I saw already that he has a complaint on the website, he is not responding to my calls or text.Paid him in advance for the product and i do not have my water heater.

The part they replaced was the wrong part and could not be properly plugged in or installed it did not fit and cannot work at all. this is technicians error. I ended up having to buy a new refrigerator maybe if part was correct and installed properly by a professional I would still have my fridge and wouldn't be out $1200
