Tim is a knowledgeable and reliable person, he did a great job with my non-standard project (sauna heater install). Not always reads my e-mails, but doesn't mind to do extra steps when required.

He was by far the cheapest of the MANY electricians I got quotes from. The work was not completed as agreed upon, but when a project is 85% completed for about 40% of the price everybody else was quoting, I guess its still a good deal. . . kinda.

I have already recommended them to others.

I had done a map of all the electrical outlets and which ones needed to be upgraded to three prong.  We walked through all areas of the house.  They provided me with a proposal to repair and upgrade all the deficiencies.  It seemed that I would have to re-wire the whole house before it would make sense to make any other repairs, so I demurred.  Still not done.  Some day. <br /> They were very conscientious and attentive, and had a good professional presentation on site, with good follow-up.  <br /> In one instance they critiqued the work of another contractor who had recently done some electrical work associated with a remodeling job.  I called out the original contractor, and it turned out the original contractor's work was correct, which was slightly embarrassing to me. <br />

They did some light switches and possibly changed out a light fixture in our bathroom.

This is the second time we have used Paradise Construction and we are happy once again. Tim came out to the house to assess the work we needed done, got back to us with an estimate quickly, and was able to begin the work shortly after.  We were very happy with the level of communication- we were always able to reach him and he answered all of our questions thoroughly.  He did a great job replacing our outlets and upgrading our electrical system.  His prices are great and he and his crew do good work. We would absolutely hire him again for any electrical need. <br />

They were very professional and very knowledgeable on what was going on. They were upfront with the pricing. With the problems that I had, I felt that they did a fine job. They're my go-to electricians.
