The sales representative responded to my quote request almost as soon as I had entered it online on 04/12/2019 and he was onsite the next day. I hired them on the first sales call. I heard nothing more from them until I called for status a couple a week later. When I called the company's main number during business hours no matter what number I selected on the menu I kept being sent to the marketing department's voice mail. I then called the general manager/owner's mobile number and left a message on his voice mail. Shortly after leaving my message I received a text from the salesman that he had contacted the office and would get me an answer. when I received no follow up within two working days I again contacted the salesman and the scheduler finally called me later that afternoon. The installer showed up on time but I was surprised that there was only one man to do the job on two story house. He informed me that he was used to working by himself and it would be no problem. The installer completed the job in a little more than one day but he did an excellent job on the install and cleaned up the site to my satisfaction.

I have paid the deposit $2000 and the contractor started the job in March 2019 but has not been back to complete the work. He refuses to return my calls. I would not recommended this Contractor.

They promised to do a job they underestimated and wanted to chop off my roof line to make it work. I am firing them for non-performance and breach of contract.

The gutters look and work great. Removal of old gutters and installation of new ones was done in one day. Very professional work.

Install of my walk-in tub was great. Customer service and needing maintenance really suck, making numerous phone calls, getting no answer. Left messages, no return calls. When able to talk with someone, no follow through on information given. Having tried for over 3 months, still no action on my maintenance issue. May seek legal action.

We made the deal with their saleman then when it was time to install the gutters they said they couldn't half of it. The installer said the manager would call me on Monday, but we have never heard from them and none of the job was done.
