We have hired Paradise…very pleased so far, but work not scheduled until October.

Worst company and management I have ever worked with. Never meets their commitments, always gives false statements, installs the damaged product, and forces to sign completion of work to release funding, signed documents themselves on your behalf. I would strongly recommend staying away from this company.

Paradise Home Improvement was so easy to work with! They were on time, efficient, cleaned up behind themselves and the product is beautiful. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any new windows.

Gutters looked good but installers left a mess for cleanup and did some damages to the roof.

Although Paradise provided one of the more expensive quotes I obtained, their products are vastly superior to their competitors: the aluminum used is one, if not two, gauges thicker than anyone else; it's ceramic coated on the outside for improved finish; it's teflon or other nonstick coated on the inside to improve flow; and the funnel-shaped "big-mouth" downspouts will clog less than traditional right-angle downspouts. I also greatly appreciated how the sales person didn't just measure my existing gutter system like others--he measured my roof and figured out exactly what size gutters & downspouts I needed. Also, Paradise uses only manufacturer-certified inhouse staff instead of contractors, ensuring the folks climbing the ladders and getting on my roof are fully insured. Lastly, everyone from sales through installation showed up on time, was immensely respectful of me & my home, and cleaned up after themselves -- leaving the place a little better than they found it. I will definitely invite Paradise to bid on future jobs.

8/4/18 – salesman here. We purchased gutters, leaf guards, and downspouts. We were assured that we would be contacted within two weeks, and gutters would “probably” be installed within three weeks. 8/9/18 – Received call from “Shawn.” Materials are here, and he wants to be here on Wednesday, 8/15, between 8 and 9 am. He says the installation should only take one day, unless something unforeseen occurs. I told him that Wednesday would be fine. 8/15/18 – Received telephone call @ 7:30. The installation crew is on the way, and should be here in about half an hour. 8/15/18 - Installers arrived just before 8:00 am. They explained what they were doing, and started work. Almost immediately, we noticed that both the salesman, and myself, had missed that we needed new and larger connectors for the downspouts to connect to the buried corrugated lines that carry the rainwater away from the house. I went to a local home improvement store, purchased the necessary parts, and gave them to the installers. Any questions I had during the installation were quickly answered. The installation was finished by 6:00 pm. Everything looks good. All the trash was picked up. All of the old gutters, downspouts, and associated parts were hauled away. One of the installers even took a few minutes to clean the skylight over the dining room. I'm now waiting on a nice, hard rainstorm to see how these new gutters perform. 8/20/18 – Finally got that hard rain. Everything seems to be working well, except for one downspout connection to the gutter. It's got a prominent drip. Also, one roof valley (where two roofs join at right angles), seems to be shooting off a stream of water, while all the others aren't. I'm not sure what that's about. I sent an email to Paradise Home Improvement, to see what they thought, and got a response within 45 minutes, telling me that my email would be forwarded to the Service Department. 8/23/18 – Got a call from the Service Department while we were shopping. Would we be home in 45 minutes. We were, and they got there at the same time we did. 15 minutes later, the dripping downspout was fixed, and I understood the explanation as to why we had a stream of water off that particular area of the roof during a heavy rain. Excellent.

Make sure everything discussed at initial meeting by the rep is in the contract and the contract is submitted to sub-contractors who did very good work and in a timely manner. There is no rain coming from odd places for which I am ever so thankful. Discovered too late, a back of house drain spout is not installed in existing drain nor even turned in same direction. They sent one of the sub-contractors out to inspect work and he didn't notice this! Laughable. This was a $6995 job.

Excellent workmen ship.

The most incredibly personable people, a job well done, and very prompt. They even reduced their price when I hesitated to sign immediately and offered financing. However, when the rest of the bids came in, I realized that I could have gotten the job I paid $6800 for done for $1500. Shop around.

They were unable to install the window before a specified date as requested. However, installation was performed competently as promised at a later arranged date. The project has received many compliments and definitely makes a great difference to the way my home looks!

wished i could give5 stars but i did not get the financing to do the job. but the rep was very informative as to what needed to be done on this project. he was going to things all the rest would not do. he even got his loan company to give me a quote but i was turned down even with a score of 627 if i can get the finances together i will be sure to hire them

Through and through awful experience. This is a very expensive product and even if I had already paid 1/4 of what I paid I would have been disappointed by the poor quality of work and even poorer attitude of the company behind it. The second I signed the contract and financing was in place their attitudes completely changed and it was all about the money. Too bad I cannot upload photos, but downward gutter spouts are not even attached. The bottom part is literally sitting on the ground. They damaged roof spacers. On a roof that's less than a year old. They left damaged and rotten wood around the gutters. One board is covered in mold and things generally does not look good outside at all. Sales manager just laughed at me when I voiced my concern about their inability to do a decent job. Clearly not his problem that I wasn't happy. The general manager flat out lied to me to get me off the phone. Tone in his voice clearly said he did not care one bit if I was happy with the product and service or not as long as they were getting paid.

Workmanship was great. Cleaned roof off and blew driveway off. Neat and clean work.

This company has not even got paper work right. They say they will get things fixed and they do not. They say that a rep. Will come out to see us but no one show. We have only their promises and no tub. Why am I doing business with this company?

The customer service was excellent and great communicators. It was raining one day and they called before and rescheduled. They were awesome. They were wonderful. The windows were better than I thought. The quality of the product was excellent and much more than expected.

This is an excellent company and I would recommend them to anyone.

They were very professional.
