His name is Grant he did not do a good job I should of checked the job begotten I paid him he put a crack on the office window did not see it till he left I have called him every day but he has not called me back I will never have that guy back at my house again good luck with that guy working with him

Grant from Paradise Homecraft did a fantastic job cleaning my soffits, fascia and gutters, sidewalk and garage apron. They are 16 years old and look brand new now. Grant was very helpful during the quoting process and he explained the scope of work in great detail. When he showed up to do the work he was on time and he did a very detailed job and cleaning all the nooks and crannies on both lanais of the house. I also felt he went above and beyond what was discussed in the quote. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends and family. Great job Grant and thank you very much!

Grant responded immediately to my request. Gave a fair quote and thoroughly explained what he was going to do and answered all of my questions. He showed up on time and cleaned everything up when he left. I hired him to â soft washâ my white concrete tile roof which was dirty and lot of mildew. Grant, the owner, and his support explain what they will doing then execute what they state. This includes moving all things off the pool patio: refrigerator, grill, chairs, umbrellasâ ¦.. Once the sealer is cured, 24hrs, they put everything back.

Dont hire them. They promise the world and never follow through with any of them. I had a bad experience. They are not a liceced contractor. Left with dying plants and a dirty roof.

Cleaned the roof very nicely but took all the paint off our gutters! Will not recommend them until they fix this problem. Seem to be avoiding calling back. Suggest you take action to make them responsible for their actions. Karl B
