Landscape - Install Landscaping for Yard or Garden
The three young men who came out and replaced my front yard seemed to be very diligent, knowledgeable, etc. and assured me that they would check on the progress of the sodded front yard. Well, the row of sod replaced by my front curb is not growing and a lot of it is dead. I think that this sod was not the fresh sod that they brought to put down for me, but was some of my original sod that they cut and pulled up so that they could put down some good soil. These young men worked really hard and I was pleased, at the time, for their "professional" landscaping. The problem I have had is that I have called several times and asked that this dying grass be replaced along the curb and was assured that it would be taken care of. I am being ignored and am extremely upset because I paid them $1,000 for their service. The yard is not a large yard and I think now that I did pay too much for this job. I am a retiree on a fixed income and cannot afford to have to hire someone else to FIX THIS PROBLEM. I initially wrote a great review (5.0) but cannot keep that score due to the indifference in customer communication.

Sod Installation
Received immediate response to my ask for help laying sod. Very thorough, helpful and diligent. Did excellent work. Will call them again if I need anything done, including irrigation.
