Work not completed. Not responsive to phone, text or emails. Stamped concrete cracked, Staining and sealing not completed. Area cleanup was terrible. Do not get associated with company.

Driveway cracked three weeks after install and company wouldn't repair it.

Scheduled part of my driveway and walkway to the front door replaced along with a new walkway to the backyard. Everyone who worked on this project was extremely helpful and great to work with. There were delays in starting the project due to weather and some delays between excavation and the concrete being poured due to lack of trucks. i think part of the supply chain issues everyone is having. Everything was put back in tip top shape and the concrete is great. I would recommend them to anyone.

UPDATE 10/2/2022: After my review, I was contacted by Jaleen and was scheduled to have the remaining work completed. They showed up as scheduled and after the two days of work it was completed. I am extremely happy with the final result. I would love to give Paradise Patio 5 stars. However the fact that they have not finished the contracted project nor cleaned up the mess left from the work they have done I cannot do so. The work that has been done thus far is beautiful and was what I was looking for However an important part of the yard design was redoing the sprinkler system to ensure proper watering. I cannot get them to do this. I have been in contact with them multiple times a week for several months. They make promises and fail to keep them. I have tried to be patient and understanding but I am now being treated as if I am a bother and not a customer. I also made the mistake of paying the balance when they still had work to do because I told it was to be completed first thing the next morning. That was 3 wks ago so I have to hand water my yard to prevent the new plants from dying.

WE worked with Jaleen. She was cooperative, thorough and eager to answer our questions. The crew showed up on time each morning and got the job done very quickly. It looks great!

Would reccomend. Patio looks great. They use a fiber mix in their concrete, granting it greater longevity and strength.

Best contractor I ever worked with Quality of work was superb down to the smallest detail. Jalen and all the employees of Paradise Patios were professional and dedicated to doing quality work. I would not hesitate to reccomend them to my friends and family. .

This is the first time I’ve used this company! Jaleene was gracious and knowledgeable. I had some background of construction, so I started to ask questions. Every question I had, type of concrete, preparations, base materials, depth of concrete, finishing, disposal of used concrete. All my questions were answered! We, (Me and my Customer) are so happy we went with Paradise Patio. They were very prompt from the beginning with coming out and giving an estimate. When work started, they were incredibly meticulous about all of it! They transformed old broken-down sidewalks and driveways and added a patio area in record time. HUGH tear out and all put back together like they were never there . Unbelievable, Fantastic I would rate them Diamond 10 star. Been remodeling homes since 1974 the best I have come across... Highly Recommended. WOW. WILL USE again.

Fantastic work. They came out and asked all the correct questions on design, what we wanted, color choice and etc and nailed. Their team of installers poured concrete within one day and were able to finish the staining within the week. Upon accidentally snipping the wiring to a few irrigation sections, they were able to properly diagnose and re-wire the area within a few hours. Highly recommend this knowledgeable group! They converted a crummy, falling apart flagstone patio into a stamped concrete patio that my family now uses every day!

You will not find a better concrete contractor to deal with...Paradise exceeded my expectations in every aspect of their work. They added on to my existing patio and the workmanship, clean up and value was outstanding. Paradise got the job done fast in the time frame I needed. Jaleen was on the job site several times a day to check on the progress and insure my satisfaction.

Outstanding work and customer service! I had an additional driveway and a concrete pad for my shed poured late last year. The estimate that I was quoted by Paradise Patio was very reasonable. Both Chuck and Jaleen were very professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them for any concrete work you might need done.

I would love to be able to review their work, but after waiting a few days short of 3 MONTHS for them to START my job, I asked for my deposit back and had another company do my job. When I contracted my job and paid my deposit on March 17, 2020, I was told they were about *3 weeks out.* I said that would be perfect because the weather would be warmer by then. But 3 weeks came and went, then 4, then 5, then 6 and my job was still not scheduled. I feel I was pretty reasonable and tried to work with them, but each week thereafter I was told, *I am gonna get you on my schedule for next week, so we should be there Wednesday or Thursday if everything goes perfect... * Then that week would pass with no show and no communication. Then I would call and be told, *I have got you on the schedule for next week if everything goes perfectly... * I have worked in the construction industry for over 25 years, so I understand rain delays things, but this was way beyond a rain delay or any other situation beyond their control. This was simply putting other jobs - probably bigger, more impressive jobs - ahead of mine that was contracted after mine. I asked for my deposit back after 2 months of waiting, but Jaleene assured me they would get to me *next week* so I said OK. So when month #3 passed without even a committed start date, I asked for my deposit back and hired another company. So this review is based entirely on what did NOT happen for me when I contracted with Paradise Patio. Sounds like they do a good job - if you can get them to honor your contract, commit to an installation date, and actually show up and do your job.

Love, love, love my patio. 17+ yards of concrete and it is amazing! We chose a stamped and stained design with Chuck s recommendation and could not be happier. Chuck was very easy to deal with and we so appreciated his expertise and design suggestions. We had water running into our crawl space due to poor grading. He regraded, laid sod and poured a stunning patio with a drain away from the house. Would recommend his company to anyone looking for fantastic concrete and yard work.

Excellent experience all the way around! When I need more concrete work I'm going to call Chuck. Everything he said would happen did. I'm very happy with the work done and the people who did the job.

What a terrific company!! If there were seven stars I'd give Chuck, Jaleene and crew the highest marks. Removed concrete and re-poured new patio, hard-scape walkways and pad around shed. Re-installed landscape system around concrete work. Extremely professional, courteous respectful, ahead of time, competitively priced and worked around unpredictable weather. Highly recommended!!!!

Paradise Patio y did a patio extension and buried some gutter drains. Excellent job and very easy to work with. I will use them in the future and have no issue recommending them. Also excellent value, they have very fair pricing.

Paradise Patio communicated with us well and did a wonderful job. We are happy with the final project and we plan on calling them in the spring to do another project for us!

I would not recommend this company. They did a decent job on the stamped/color concrete; however, there were constant mistakes made on this straight forward job that made the entire process more expensive, inconvenient, and annoying. They just did not communicate very well, not did they pay attention to fine details.

I would not hesitate to recommend Paradise Patios to anyone. From the first contact to the completed project we were extremely satisfied. Jaylene is the perfect example of what outstanding customer service looks like. She responded right away and kept us apprised of status at all times. The crew was very professional and their completed work was top notch. The owner of the company came by regularly throughout the project to ensure everything was on track and also provided some great suggestions on finishes which turned out even better than I imagined they could. We couldn't be happier with our new built in bbq and concrete bar top. It is amazing!
