Paradise Plumbing

I called Mike Brown about a leaking hot water heater. Mike came to our home within a short time . Mike showed up the very next morning and was done by lunch time. Based on my experience I would recommend Mike's services. He listens and then evaluates and explained the process to replace our old hot water heater.

This was supposed to be a turn-key job, tub and shower replacement with tile, sheetrock and paint. Existing tile damaged by plumber and not replaced. The tile was damaged by carelessness, they threw it off a 20 foot deck. Shower not caulked. Shower valve, tub spout and shower head misaligned. Pipe not correctly anchored in wall. Very messy, poor clean up. Plumber would not return calls. He simply left the job unfinished and did not return. If I could give zero stars I could. The manufacturer of the tub and shower characterized this as an extremely poor quality install after seeing photos. Do not let this guy in your house.

We had a slow flow of water and thought I had a bad ball valve on the outside line to the house. Mike came right over and found the clamp on the valve was never released. He opened the cover, released the valve and we now have great water pressure. He would not take a dime for his services. I highly recommend and he is now in my address book.

Very fast, reliable, honest, and trustworthy! I watched him work with an expertise and professionalism that is rare in this day and age! I have hired him again for the third time and he is still enthusiastic about helping me! If you don't use this gentleman for your repairs, you have missed out sir!

Mike is wonderful to work with, an honest man with high standards.

The plumber was professional and skilled. He was done in less than a half hour.

My 16 year old water heater started leaking on Saturday evening. I got in touch with owner Mike Brown first thing Monday morning. It is now noon and I have a brand new, highly efficient water heater! I couldn't be more please and would recommend Paradise Plumbing to anyone without hesitation! Great job, great guy!!

I am a new homeowner and Mike came to repair my hot water heater, which apparently did not need to be fixed. It was an electrical problem in my home, but he did not charge me because he said he didn't fix anything. He was tipped by choice and this is a great comment to him and his company.

He was polite, proficiant, and prompt!

Very courteous and responsive.

Answered his phone and was very interested in helping stop a pipe leak in a crawlspace! (Four other plumbers did not even return calls) Service the next day! On time as promised! Discussed the project solutions! Very Knowledgeable! Treated you as a valuable Customer and very personable! Very reasonable costs! Call Mike for your plumbing jobs or needs!
