I would not recommend this contractor to anyone. He did not complete the job as contracted. Refused to return and finish the project. Gave me an excuse after excuse why he did not show up as he promised to do so. On the 4th day of his expected return the excuse for not showing up he informed me *I am on my way to the emergency room* I have served him with court papers and will sue him in court in a few weeks. As it turns out he is licensed in the state of Indiana but I found no record of a license in the state of Michigan as a Plumber.

Very professional. Even though we had an unusual issue he was able to clear our pipes.

I hired a pro to come out to assess an issue with my water heater and to snake a clog in the main line. He arrived promptly to look at the water heater and determined i needed an new part and said he would call to set up a time to make the repairs; he then proceeded to clear the clog in the main line and was paid for doing so, saying he would return within the next few days. After leaving many messages asking when he would be back he never returned a call or came back to the house, leaving me and my room mate without hot water for an entire week before we decided to just get a new water heater and install it ourselves. The whole ordeal has left me with a bad impression of anyone who calls themselves a professional

Ben came out and did what other much larger companies wouldn't do. A fantastic job in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price point. Very friendly, dedicated to the job at hand, professional, and overall just a great guy. We've had other companies come and "clear" the drain line just enough to get water through and charge roughly what Paradise did. But it always clogged back up. Ben figured out why, did the extra footwork, and got the job done completely this time. Love the guy. Highly HIGHLY recommend. You'd be hard pressed to find this kind of service with anyone else.

.I had to hire on another company to come out to come fix all the things they messed up. I originally hired them to hookup and washer. They didn't install things correctly and I ended up having leakage. He left a few times to buy supplies (I had to give him money up front for him to buy plumbing supplies) and took two days to "fix" my plumbing because he kept leaving my house to take breaks. Now I have water damage on my floor. I called them multiple times to try to get them to come out to fix it. They showed up late and damaged my carpet, and flooring. He stood in my tub with work boots making a mess in every area they were in.

Very happy with service! We were being told by several other plumbers that we would need to tear out our cast iron tub and redo all plumbing under the concrete slab and then replace tub. We were getting quotes around $2,000 to have that done. I called Paradise plumbing and left a message on Friday morning. Ben called me back within 30 minutes. Told me he could come out that day, maybe next. He kept in touch with me throughout the day. He ended up coming out Friday evening and was able to find something all the other plumbers could not. He told me he could fix it now if I wanted and he did. He was done within 1 1/2 hrs and did it for a fraction of the cost of what I being quoted from other places. So far everything has been working great! I will definitely call Ben at Paradise Plumbing when I need something plumbing related done.

He, Ben, replied immediately. Came out, repaired the problem. Super nice guy.

Technician ended up running late, buy stayed in constant contact so I knew what was happening. That was very much appreciated. He made the necessary repairs quickly and was very friendly.

He came on a Sunday with no additional fees. Checked out my drain and found it was not just plugged but needed a new fixture. He got the job done in a timely manor and was very neat.

Paradise Plumbing installed a sewer pump for us professionally. I called them this morning and was scheduled for this afternoon. The job was done well and I highly recommend them.

Came on Saturday (Memorial Day week end) and replaced faucet, drain and piping on kitchen sink. Very good service. Polite and cleaned up when work was complete.

He was able to fix the problem within a couple hours of being contacted, and was very quick to find and fix the problem once there.

Completed job - Good Work - No Issues
