Do not waste your money. They charged me almost $400 for someone to connect the hoses and leave the box of chemicals next to my pool. I tried contacting them for help because this is my first time owning a pool and I do not know how to use the chemicals. I thought I was paying for someone to add the chemicals and make sure the pool was opened properly.

I need to mention that the representative from the Elizabethtown store,, Alexis, deserve an honorable mention for outstanding service. Alexis listen to me and did what she said she would do. My pool was fixed better than expected. Great pool team too.

I love Paradise Pool! Richard, Danielle and the young men who built our pool are amazing. Pricing is very fair and we got the pool we always wanted! Overall, I would (and have) recommend them to anyone wanting to build a pool!
