I called them regarding my pool heater needing service. Brad showed up and immediately wanted to sell me a pool heater. Then Told me I needed to replace breaker for heater. He said to call him after I got it fixed. Paid $300 to have new breaker fixed and called Brad 4 or 5 times and he never returned my calls. Now I find out my old heater was wired wrong and need to have my electrical box rewired $(1400). This whole thing could of been avoided if he would of said to replace my gas heater ( I have 2) because it had its own breaker. So I wasted $300 on a breaker and a $100 to paradise. I called and texted Brian and told him about the terrible service and he didn?t care. Funny thing is I was looking for a new pool company at time and need new heaters... they were in good position for a good sale and blew it. I do not recommend!

Brian, Brad, Mike, and Nancy make up something pretty amazing. Great communication interwoven with above and beyond service! From detailed explanations to repairs / upgrades performed correctly first at bat, with detail surrounding the service being exemplary. No hidden costs, straight forward expectations, and results. Brian of Paradise Pool Repair has stated he is returning my deposit. He is doing the right thing in the end. I give him credit for that. Please decide on the totality of reviews if you are going to use him or not.

Brian was excellent. He explained what he was going to do with the cleaning of our pool, how much time it would take and what the total cost would be. Everything turned out exactly what he said.

My pool heater was not working. I had tried another vendor and it was immediately obvious that I knew more about this pool heater than the "tech" did. Then I found Paradise Pools through Home Adviser. I made the appointment. This Tech, Brad, showed up right on time (after calling first as promised), knew exactly what he was doing, and had my pool warm and toasty in no time. The price was very fair. I highly recommend Paradise Pools in general and Brad in particular. It worked for me.

I called. They were honest and told me that they could not do the job that I asked for. But they kindly recommended another company, which finished the job fast and did a good job.

Did an installation of a passive pool heating system (pool side of unit) and communicated everything he was doing to me. Job was not for the faint of heart, but they did the job and right the first time.

There is an $85 charge for the service call which they apply to any service or repair cost . They found nothing wrong with my heat pump so I could not recoup the cost but the technician that came to the house was not in a hurry to leave and explained many things around pool equipment and pool care so I feel that I got my $85 dollars in education. The technician was VERY courteous and seemed very knowledgeable.

It was very difficult to get their attention to make an appointment. Required 4 phone calls to make an appointment. Once I was on their radar, customer service was pretty good. I had a clean-up to get the pool in shape and "pool school". The pool school is not an organized teaching session at all. The technician answered my questions and was very patient but I had to know what questions to ask. The price charged was fair and I now know a lot more about the pool equipment. I believe the customer service would only improve over time with this company and I would recommend them.
