Excellent work on an older home. They kept me updated with any problems that came up so there were no surprises when the final bill came in.

Feliciano and his team were excellent. I called him to have my gutters replaced and he came out the same day to take a look and give me a quote. I actually got multiple quotes from him, one which included gutters and a new roof on my garage. He gave me quotes for both and I decided to have all the work done. His pricing was very fair and well detailed about what I was being charged for. Every time he said he would be there to work he was. They got rained out a couple days so to keep the job on schedule he and his team came to work on Saturday. I can be a bit of a pain and as they were working I asked him to do other work that wasn’t in the original contract and with out hesitation he did them. I would definitely hire Paradise again. Not only did they do great work, but they also cleaned up everything and covered my property with tarps where need be. On top of everything else Feliciano is very easy to talk too and a very likable guy. I will add photos later.

Needed some help with a roof repair job in Ayer. Had a couple shingles come loose that were too high for me to reach with our ladders. Feliciano came out when he said he would after reaching out through the website, gave an honest fair quote for the job, and was done by the next morning. He was fair, polite, and easy to work with through text. Also before leaving, gave us a reasonable quote on a roof replacement to help us plan for the future.

Feliciano is great - he is honest, skilled, efficient, and communicative. We had Paradise Remodeling replace siding and repaint a portion of our house and they did a great job! Pricing was very reasonable and the estimate was accurate. Highly recommend!

Feliciano and his crew scraped and replaced a tar and gravel roof with a new rubber roof on my 3-family rental property. The large job was completed in only a couple of days, and the results were outstanding. Feliciano's professionalism and attention to detail truly sets him apart from the rest. For someone who has owned multiple rental properties, I can not recommend Paradise Remodeling enough. Not only will they replace your roof in no time, they also clean up and leave the area looking spotless, and you will absolutely love the results!
