The fellow did a great job with the pumping. He was on time and got the job done but the office dropped the ball. They were super nice to talk to on the phone. They indicated the system was fine but did not get the report to me in a timely manner, they completely did not get it sent to my realtor. The septic system actually failed to pass, and they never got back to me with repair estimates without repeat prodding and a significant time delay. I would have had them do the replacement but because of that bad experience I choose someone else despite a reasonable quote and wanting to do business with them.

The service was prompt, the gentleman that performed the work was very friendly and answered all my questions (I'm a nerd and ask a lot). When the work was complete the charge was exactly as quoted with no add-ons like many service companies will say were necessary based on the work/conditions they find. One thing to consider, be prepared to pay by cash or check, to pay by credit card requires you to write all your cc information on a form, including the security code, which does present some financial risk.

I have two systems and he was very informative and hard working. He really worked hard at digging down to the main house tank to remove the cover to pump the tank. Could not be happier with the service and the price. Will definitely call Paradise when the need arises.

The plumbers showed up late in the day and seemed to have a exceedingly lax demeanor, almost not wanting to be there. On top of that the work seemed partially done, when inquiring about why we were told we would need another plumbing service to bring out a snake before they could finish the remainder of the work. Of course it was not without another fee we would have to pay for the project to be finished. . The last service we used seemed to do the whole job without halt or an outside source to finish and without add on fees. To no surprise we were not happy with the service this company provided.

Howard was very personable and professional. He knew just what to do. He continued even though it was pouring down rain.
