I was very pleased, they were professional, prompt, and did exactly what I had asked them to do.

Good service, on time and they cleaned up afterwards I even recommended to my neighbor.

The boss was very personable. The men were fast, hard working, and a joy to work with.

Did a good job

Paradise came to the job very promptly and did nice work throughout. I noticed a diseased area in one of the trees they worked on that they did not address or call to my attention. Otherwise, very, very satisfied with this company and would recommend them.

I was worried how my magnolia tree would look thinned and crowned. It had never been done in 30 years. I love the lacey look. The tree is beautiful. I did not know what to expect for my small fruit trees that needed thinning. I found out from a friend that how the trimming was done was appropriate. A lemon tree is topped, the lime could not be done as it was fruiting. I would have liked to have been told that before so I would know what to expect.

However, Paradise Tree Service is one of those businesses that go way beyond quality, professionalism, responsiveness, and confidence, while being keeping customers needs and wants first. The service was exceptional. I had a palm tree removed, in Orcutt Ranch and it happened in almost a moments notice. I really appreciated the how clean they left the job site, clearing and cleaning away all the debris. Once the crews were done, I was happy to note the owner stopped by and examined the work. Timely and knowledgeable.

We had a lots of trees that needed to take down but We were told PG&E will come and take it down but they told us they are not coming so we hire them to do the work but PG&E came last week and told us they came by but we had already got the tree down and they told us they would have cut it all down for free, I think they wanted our money so they rushed us by tellin us since they were working near by so they could start next day to rush into the job so we won t find out about PG&E doing for free. So do not rush into there advise.

Gil removed a lemon tree for me by himself as his crew wasn't available. He also removed all the debris. He couldn't grind the stump down at that time but promised he would come back within two weeks to do it. However, it was a lot longer than two weeks because he said they have been very busy.

Gil was very professional, came within a day of my call to provide an estimate, explained the nature of 'protected' oak trees and what needed to be done, and service was completed a few days later with a very hard-working crew. I would definitely recommend Paradise Tree Service.

They came out right away and explained in detail what the problems were with our oaks and how to fix them, and gave quotes at two levels of service for us to decide from. They were there two days later to start and did very detailed work, even fixing some pruning and thinning we had tried ourselves and only done a so-so job. We have a lot of trees so the work lasted a few days and they cleaned up everything, leaving our whole yard looking much better than it did before. Best experience with a contractor ever!

Rick came by and gave me a quote and the work was efficiently completed within a couple of days. They ground down a stump that was on a rather steep slope and also trimmed our palm trees, which have never looked better. Very professional and highly recommended.

Very professional. Did a great job cutting down 11 cypress trees. Did a good job cleaning up area afterwards. Would use them again.
