They left wood chips in big mounds in my grove. I could not get him to call me back to remove them. I was not very satisfied.

I have a great experience with this company. Leo called and did an estimate on my property. I had a lot of bushes on my backyard that grows up as a tree all of them got a fungus and looks horrible. I hired him to cut all of them almost from the bottom. He came and cut all of them. Now I feel that I have a new backyard, Thank you Leo and dad!!! Leo called me right away to schedule an appointment to come see the project as a tree branch was going over the power line so we needed a company that knew what they were doing. He was on time and after doing a few quotes with different businesses, we felt it was reasonably priced and Paradise was the most knowledgeable. It’s a family business, his dad was very nice and did the tree services just the way I requested. I felt really comfortable working with them. Very happy with the outcome! Definitely recommend them.

The price was fair, the crew arrived on time and were efficient and quick. Leo Jr and Leo Sr are super knowledgeable and nice and professional and made sure I was happy before they left. The job was done so well (tree removal and stump grinding, and shrubbery cleanup), that I immediately asked them to come back this week again to remove another tree that has been problematic for me. Grateful I found these guys!

Leo and the whole team at paradise are top notch! I recently purchased a home which had a dying oak tree, about 30-35 feet tall, over garage on the side of my new home. I called a few Tree management companies that had quoted me way out of what I was looking to spend, one even told me that they could not do it stating â It was too close to my home and if any damage that would have been done they would not help.â This terrified me. When I requested my appointment with Leo he stated he could meet me that same day, I had called on a Sunday. When we met that afternoon I could automatically tell he knew what he had to quote me for. He reassured me that there would be no problems with removing the tree & that he had the tools and the right men for the job. His price was more than fair and he stated he could be there the very next day. Him and his team were professional but more importantly, timely finishing our project a whole day In advance. The final project exceeded my expectations and I am planning to hire them for my hurricane preparation this season.

HE STARTED THE WORK AND DID NOT FINISHED. CURSED ME OUT, USED PROFANITY, GOT TO THE PEOPLE NEXT DOOR TO BULLY ME WITH THEM, LEFT EVERYTHING IN A MESS, DID NOT WORK ACCORDING TO WHAT I ASKED HIM TO DO. HE DOES NOT WORK AT ALL, ONLY THE FATHER AND SOME OTHER GUY BY THE NAME OF ULYSIS, WHO DID THE 95% OF THE WORK PERFORMED, THIS TYPE OF WORK REQUIERES FROM 3 TO 4 PEOPLE. HE WANTED TO DO IT WITH 1-1/2 PERSON, AND TO FINISH IT IN 2 DAYS. IMPOSSIBLE. THEY WANTED TO DO A HALF-WAY JOB AND COLLECT THE REST OF THE MONEY. I PAID THEM $675.00 DOLLARS THE FIRST DAY. I WILL USE IN MY LIFE NEITHER RECOMMEND THEM I DO NOT WANT THIS PEOPLE NEAR MY PROPERTY AND WILL NOT USE THEM IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AND IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO ME OR MY PROPERTY I WILL ACUSSED THEM OF BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. I WAS VERY MUCH AFRAID THE DAY THEY INTIMIDATED ME. I FEAR FOR MY LIFE. WHILE HE WAS FILMING MY PATIO WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, I WAS AFRAID HE WILL DO SOME BATTERY ON ME. LIIKE I TOLD YOU, I FEAR FOR MY SAFETY. THEY ARE NOT HUMAN BEINGS THEY ARE GANGSTERS. OF THE AFOREMENTIONED ABOVE I HAVE PROOF OF ALL. I HAVE CAMARAS.

"First, we would like to apologize for whatever misunderstandings there may have been. We make sure to provide each customer with an invoice that outlines the scope of work we are contracted for in order to prevent any confusion. In this particular case, however, we did not adhere to the invoice, as we provided several additional services (free of charge) in hopes we'd ensure your satisfaction. However, our generosity was taken for granted and even more free work was requested. We attempted to communicate as clearly as possible that we couldn't continue to do free services and that we would complete only what we were hired for. At that point, you threatened to not pay the balance owed unless we did the additional work you requested for free. Within right, we objected and were consequently asked to leave the property. So, we picked up our equipment and waited for the police to arrive, filed a police report and are now pursuing legal action. We take pride in our work and have excellent review ratings, but regretfully, this experience served as a lesson learned for us that not everyone can be pleased and courtesy work may not be appreciated."

Leo and his crew did a phenomenal job trimming my mango trees just the way I wanted it. Now my backyard has light coming through , the canopy of the trees are open and raised so air can circulate. It is a pleasure to sit outside and enjoy the outdoors. They also removed some bulging oak roots in the front lawn. Would definitely use Paradise again to maintain my yard. Great job for the cost!

I went looking for tree services on Angies list, as soon I put my information in the system, seconds later I get a call from Leo the owner. His customer service and professionalism was on point. He was so proficient that he came out the the same day despite how busy he was. His price was reasonable compared to others that were quoting me a ridiculous amount and he ended up doing a fantastic job! I will recommend Leo and Paradise to anyone. Great Job guys thank you!!!!
