One Time Interior House Cleaning

I had asked for a move out clean including fridge freezer for a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house. They turned up over 3 hours late, said my house was bigger than described (it's 1900 sq ft which is not big for a four bedroom house). They wanted to charge an extra $100 to clean the fridge. They asked for an extra $70 on top of what they had quoted because they said the job was bigger than they thought.
