Gazebo or Freestanding Porch - Build or Install
I would not recommen this contractor for the following reasons: 1- He is never on time. 2- He gives the jobs to other subcontractors and does not even care to see what his subcontractor is doing. 3- I used him in two diffeent job. In the two jobs I had his subcontractors coming back to me asking me to pay them because he did not pay them. I hope I made it clear.

A list of exactly what was to be performed should have been required. Some input was not provided until working on the project which added cost.
