Scott and Trevor did an excellent job of replacing our 18 year furnace with a energy efficient Coleman furnace. They were very professional and took the time to answer all of our question. Went over the install process in detail and insured that we were OK with how the vent pipe was going to be installed through the roof. Little delay in getting the new furnace from the distributor but the office kept us updated with the new install date. I always try to do business with local family owned companies and Paragon is certainly one you can trust. I would recommend them for any HVAC projects you are considering

Quick - Amazingly Quick response! Ed the technician was a very straight shooter. He gave Great advice on my 21 yr old furnace, fixed the problem of no heat, then advised me to have a service tune up! Great service at a very competitive cost. All was completed in 1 hour on a Sunday, no less. Very satisfied customer!!

We ran into a unique issue with our High Efficiency furnace. On day 1, the technician was unable to resolve. The team immediately set up a following-day return appointment with High efficiency expert, Kurt, for the next day. They got in touch with the mfr's customer service, identified potential root cause and solution, before coming to repair the unit. Kurt ensured everything was functioning normally before completing the billing. The company charged a nominal fee for the visit and repair.

While the Tech was great and the diagonsis was very complete the planned repair was crazy. They wanted to replace the entire heat pump. Talked to another source over the phone and the rep[air should be around 500-600 dollars not 3,500 for a new unit!

Very professional and was able to service within hours of my contact. Other contacts offered slightly lower charge for basic furnace service, however the quality and attention to detail, including a detailed inspection report, was worth the cost.
