Honest and good work

Hired Paragon for Roofing work to replace existing skylights that were leaking. Roofing side of the business was great, professional, and workers prompt and efficient. Great service for this roofing/skylight project.

Sent a very very large deposit for a triple skylight replacement project. Have not been able to contact them for the last 2 months and they are not returning my calls or emails. Emails bouncing back and all phone numbers are now disconnected. Where are they?

Initially the service provider did a good job but getting a hold of them now to fix something that is now an issue is impossible.

Paid deposit in December and work has not been started.

I am very pleased wth the constitution and their work is very professional. Always wanting to make you feel good you hired them. I had a sky light and other construction.

We had a skylight replaced and thought they did a good job. It turned out that there was a problem with the skylight they installed, plus we had needed more information on other roof work. We have emailed them at least 3 times and left at least 3 phone messages. They have yet to return any emails or phone calls.

I needed UV blocked skylight. I mentioned it during estimate but I didn't get that in writing. I thought it may be my mistake not to get it writing. It was late by the time it was being installed though I was ready to pay more.

I had 4 sun tunnels installed. Over all a great experience. Gave an estimate, confirmed work, date & time and completed the work in 1 day as they had estimated. I do believe that they were a moderately on the higher side with pricing. I was able to get 30% less prices from my other fav vendor for sky lights. But those guys didn't install sun tunnels. I assume Paragon is expensive because there aren't a lot of vendors who install sun tunnels at this point.

The Paragon Group was very professional from the beginning. They sent their salesman whom was honest in what was needed for our skylight. He gave us options and explained money saving options which we loved being able to get a skylight of a better quality we would have never considered. In addition to this the owner followed up with a phone call giving us an update. We would recommend and use Paragon again.

We had a problem with leak in Aug. when skylights were installed. The leak has been fixed now a little longer then we expected but now satisfied with the work the follow up crew did.

They did a great job. Fast and excellent customer service. The repair man was polite, and listened to concerns. My only issue with them is the price of the Skylight Repair itself. That was $945.00 Way to much, but I accepted the contract because they agreed to split the payment, and the second contractor never showed up. * It took the repairman an hour and a half if you don't include him going to buy the proper shingle color. So even if it was 2 hours, still seems twice as much as it should have been IMHO. But it's ok great job, skylight won't be leaking that's for sure. The other two repairs, Gutter and sealing a Attic window, were fairly priced considering the height of the projects. I would recommend them highly, as long as you question the pricing before you sign off. I will use them again if needed. *(The other contractor on home advisor kept moving the appointment for an estimate and didn't even bother to show for the last scheduled appointment. Don't use Surf and Turf.. EVER.)

He came out to look at the skylight and fixed it on the spot.

Great company, from the president, Pablo, all the way down to their roofer. They took care of my leaky skylight that has been haunting me for years. They gave me a great price and the service to match. Extremely professional service. I plan on using them again in the spring to re-do my entire roof. Update - my skylight is leaking again, so I am changing my review until I see how they respond and if they stand by their work. I will let you know if I hear anything after leaving them a message today

Extremely professional. Job was completed quickly. They also hauled all trash away and took photos off all stages of repair. Highly recommend this company

We had a problem with a leak in Aug. & the problem was fixed. It took a bit longer then I would have liked but happy with follow up work done.

Extremely professional. They fixed one of our skylights which was leaking and did a great job. They also repainted the entire ceiling in the sun room. They arrived on time and got to work right away. They are hard working, polite, and I strongly recommend them. Excellent service.

Chris was the technician. He replaced 4 vent boots and caulked around 2 skylights. He was fast, efficient, and very professional. I've never dealt with this company before, but would highly recommend them and will use them again.

They clean up after themselves and the foreman speaks English!!! We looked at 6 suppliers these guys were same range price but 100% more professional and compliant w code.
