Paragon Pools, LLC

Jeremy does the pool installations for Leisure World located in Chittenden Country. He is directly responsible for all the issues that we had with the pool. Folks, Todd Bessery and Jeremy will disappoint you in you're looking to invest in a pool. I've attached photos, they are hiring unskilled laborers and passing them off as professionals in the field. My installer Jeremey (he's out Rutland and you should wonder why Todd is drawing help from so far away) neglected to make a check list of the pipes and wires that are to go into the pit that plumbs the pool to the equipment that runs it. He forgot the grounding wire which prevents electrocution. He cost us more money banging out ledge that didn't need removal, no understanding away grade and recessed our pool triggering 21K in landscape reworking complete with retaining walls, blamed us for the pool to being set low. Told us we were responsible for closing up pits he forgot to fill in, wanting us to rent and operate excavators.

Jeremy and Hal were excellent. I hired them to remove an above the ground pool. I was impressed from the start. Jeremy was polite, attentive via text, had clear communication and was responsive. He was punctual the day of the job, did a great job draining and removing the pool timely and efficient. He left my back yard clean and was respectful of the nearby gardens. I would recommend to anyone.

we are only half way done - so cannot comment further just yet but I am sure it

Best pool service!

Jeremy got our pool up in running in a day. By day three it was crrystal clear....just a little chilly yet. His personality is fantastic, and his work ethic is perfect. I would recommend him for most anything. If he is not able to do a project, he will recommend a friend who will. I am very impressed with Jermy and recommend him highly.

Jeremy was very helpful and friendly. He was able to accomodate a request to help my Mom with her snow removal needs in a timely manner. I will definitely call him every winter when she needs help with snow removal around her home.

He was very kind responded quickly but left quick never came to get paid then called 3 days later wanting money!!! Which I had but im on disability I paid bills and dont know why he didnt come in that day to get paid?

I needed someone asap and Jeremy took care of the snow removal. Jeremy was the only contractor that took the time to contact me and set up the snow removal.

Jeremy did a great job for us! He is prompt, fast, fair, and does great work. He is also an all-round nice guy who is pleasant and easy going. He won't let you down!

Great work and very professional. Highly recommend. You will be very happy with anything he does.

He was great! My lawn was a monster and he transformed it into something lovely. Great with my crazy schedule, too.
