Don, Eddy and his team did an amazing job. They were here nearly all day and got the job done right. Would highly recommend them for mold remediation. We found some mold from a previous leak that was in our house before moving in. Luckily it was not extremely serious and contained to small area. They cut it out and cleaned / disinfected the whole area. COVID compliant as well.

Don Hines and his team are your best case scenario. Not only are they experts at what they do, they take the time to help you put a plan together and stay in contact with you with constant updates. His team kept me updated every 2 hours while working at my house, and Don is always emailing and calling to make sure you understand where you are in the process. They do quality work at reasonable price with amazing customer service and I highly recommend them.

I thought Don Hines, Chris Robbins and their team were extremely sufficient and on top of everything. This is the first time I have dealt with something like this, they removed everything really quick, and helped me along the way with any and all questions. If I had any issues, they were able to address them in a timely manner. They also informed me of the entire process as it progressed, which I thought was great, since it was my first time dealing with it in my first home. I would highly recommend them!

Usually dealing with this kind of company they will blow up work needed but don did not do that. I trust his knowledge , work, and assessment 100%. I will always go to this company. This company responded so quickly to my call for help with a mold problem I had in my kitchen. They were very professional and the owner Don Hines explained the whole process to me and personally supervised the job even doing some of the work himself.

My washing machine started flooding on a Saturday night- I called Paragon at 11:15- they were at my home at Midnight and stayed until 3 AM extracting water from carpeting & finally placing fans to begin the dry out process. They were back the next day to begin removing damaged dry wall & baseboards. After 3 days of drying - my contractor came by & was impressed with the work Don & his crew had done in this first step in restoring the damaged area of my home. I highly recommend Paragon. Meticulous, professional & trustworthy.

Don Hines of Paragon did a wonderful job in removing the mold that resulted from a leak in our fireplace chimney. He was always prompt, professional, and his crew did excellent work. Don's crew showed up in red shirts with the Paragon logo so that we knew who was entering our home. We had to have several subcontractors and Don provided assistance in getting the best. We would definitely hire Don of Paragon for any future work. We wholeheartedly recommend them for any work that you need to have done.

We found Paragon on the Home Advisor website when looking for someone to evaluate water damage and mold under my Mom's kitchen sink. Don the owner is very knowledgeable, ,professional, and most important, he is honest & trustworthy in evaluating the problem and assessing the cost to complete the work. He was very helpful in providing the necessary information required by our homeowners insurance, and he follows up through every step of the process while his workers complete the job. He is very accessible and was always available to answer any questions we had. The work was completed within the time quoted and in a very high quality manner. Everything was left clean and in order. Don went over & above in working with us, and exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure doing business with Paragon and I would recommend them to anyone. Update: April 2016, We had to call Paragon to our own home when we were told by a plumbing company that we had mold in our Master bath cabinet. Don came out the same day and after looking at the area immediately let us know that we did not have a mold problem. Again his professionalism and honesty in dealing with clients is exceptional!
