At the request of Paragon Roofing I have reconsidered my review of the company regarding a repair they did last summer. In fact, after my original review, Paragon sent the person who visited it the first time and he did perform to repair that I expected in the first place. As I am a believer in the adage that All s Well That Ends Well, I am changing my review to acceptable ( 3 stars). It would have been 4 or 5 stars if it was done this way to begin with.

They were very easy to work with! The time frame was what we expected. The crew even came inside to clean up debris from the partial roof replacement!

Kudos to the crew! They were conscientious, strong, nimble and tireless.  Even the women on the job held their own, hefting weighty shingle bundles with ease. We have a rather large roof area with multiple dormers, valleys and hips, and the well-coordinated crew was able to strip and re-shingle it all in two days. Our landscape was left free of debris, our plants below the work area survived undamaged, the roof looks great, and the price was right. Nick and Megan were easy to work with too, patiently answering all questions I had about materials and warranties. They clearly care about their workers, as evidenced by the unwavering commitment of everyone to do a good job. I definitely highly recommend them for any roofing youâ d like to have done.

The communications from Paragon were exceptional. My old roof was removed, repairs made and a new architectural single roof was installed. The workmanship was terrific and they cleaned up so well you would never know they were here. Having considerable experience in the contracting business, I would highly recommend Paragon.

They did a very good job on my roof. I even recommended them to someone at my Dentist's office at the time because they said they were on a six month waiting list to get their roof done. Within a month of my estimate, I had a newly shingled roof. Looks great and a more professional job than the original builders of my house did.

Very timely response when I had an issue with the delivery of the shingles. My new roof looks great!

We had a slight mis-communication about the project, but Nick made it right immediately. That kind of service is very hard to find nowadays. I have recommended him to some friends as well. We are very pleased with the job and how great Nick was to make sure everything was correct.
