I'm thrilled to share my experience with Paramount Builders! They went above and beyond to restore my parents' home with new siding and gutters after they had been taken advantage of by another contractor. Not only did Paramount Builders deliver exceptional quality workmanship, but they did it with compassion and integrity, covering the cost entirely. The new siding and gutters have transformed the appearance of the house, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and commitment to making things right truly sets them apart. We are incredibly grateful for Paramount's professionalism, expertise, and genuine care. The install went great. Very quick and kept us in the loop. Had an issue after the install and getting someone to fix the issue was rather difficult as the person I talked to was quite dodgy and short with me. Would not respond to calls and kept missing self imposed deadlines to get back to me. Finally got someone to make the repairs.

Project scheduled. I've done business with the past. I'll update when job complete

They were very detailed. Asked a lot of questions and gave good advice.

BEWARE!!!Well much has changed over the past 8 months. My review before was total BS, all the promises that we were sold on from Sheri was nothing but lies. We are still fighting with Paramount today with the incomplete job (yes 8 months) and the poor quality. Sheri preached about the quality and the expert installation. All total BS, they trashed our yard, broke our ornaments, shutters upside down, windows wrong size, the trim is a wavy mess, sharp jagged edges, good luck getting someone to return calls, we still have not received our invoice with the jobs broken down and itemized. They took our money without me approving the completed job. I have detailed videos and pics along the way that I will be posting so someone else doesn't get screwed and scammed by their sales people.

It took 5 months to install a picture window after signing a contract and making a 50% deposit because of all the window production problems at their factory. After putting in the window, they couldn’t properly install the drywall on the interior of the wall and I had to bring in another company to finish the job. They left debris outside, with lots of nails in my yard below the new window that I had to find to protect my little kids. Very nice looking window in the end, but the process was a very long headache.

STAY AWAY! AWFUL COMPANY. ONLY TWO WORKERS THE WHOLE TIME. NOONE SPEAKS ENGLISH. THEY BROKE OUR WATER LINE AND WE DIDNT HAVE WATER FOR 5 HOURS. SCREWS LEFT ALL OVER PORCH. STYROFOAM LEFT ALL OVER YARD. TRASH LEFT FROM CONTRACTORS. BROKEN FRONT PORCH LIGHT AND DOORBELL. We had one of the "bosses" come out and he seemed to be outraged from the work as well and promised they would be out to fix all the issues. A month later and still nothing. Can't get a response.

I'm happy and satisfied with the service. So far so good. I would use the service again. The people were nice.

Showed up late, had to call to find out where they was. They went to another job first when i was to be the first. Then to here more about one persons drama with 2 baby mamas keeping in mind just had my mothers funeral about the week before and the f word and complaining they did because the 2 windows was not measured correctly by to to 3 inches on each side, was told it would be 89 more weeks to get new ones. OK over 8 weeks later i had to call to see when they would be in. To be told i don't know. Then when they called me to schl the new windows was a Monday and told them i could not do it that week for pre op appointments. The man in the back ground says. " we give you 3 days choose one or will have to pay for the total bill because it would go past the 90 days from when i was approved for finance. Not my fault and they needed to get it straight. news ones put in with attitudes from the workers because i complained about them in the 1 install and they got spoken to. Sloppy work, insulation around the windows was sticking out and they did not care, caulking was way sloppy on both windows. so from being approved in july and install late sept, early oct to now Jan. 10 and still having issues. Notice water beading in the big window that if there was a leak would not be where this was. I have been stressed to the core with this company. They do not care for the people that keep them in business. Take money and shabby work, windows are not as good as they show you in their demo. if this helps others to not go through this that would be good. They need to make things right for everyone not just for the ones that give them 5 stars. just because you did good for one does not mean you did good for everyone else.

French door removal was quickly completed. The sliding glass door was assembled on our deck and installed. All trash, packing material, and the French door were removed.

Paramount Builders was a pleasure to work with from the first phone call to schedule the appointment, to the salesman's visit and the awesome workers that installed our trim. We are extremely pleased with the work and quality.

Everything went. On time, finished and cleaned up much faster than expected.

Installed Leaf Slugger gutter guards. Replaced damaged gutters. Installed all new oversized downspouts.

Wonderful, I would absolutely use them again

The new roof is great but the following harassment is not. We had them price replacing windows after the roof was done. Now they will not take no for an answer. They keep pushing the sale and after telling them we are not financially ready to take on such an expensive project they keep insisting on sending out representatives to push the sale. We have called multiple times to say we are not interested and do not want anyone to come out but they won’t take no for an answer. Very unprofessional.
