With less then 24 hours notice, they were out at 5PM to clean 3 bedrooms that were very dirty. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet. ALL the stains came out, they left the house clean as when they arrive and were finish in less that an hour. Steven

Unprofessional! Unorganized! Unexperienced! Very sloppy, dragged-out unfinished shabby corner-cutting poor quality work. Worst customer service ever experienced! Customers most definitely DO NOT come first for this company. Huge regret! Worst decision ever!

I got talked into an odro control process and a process which is suppoed to prevent stains. THe atain preventer is useless. I have never had so many stains. Never again.

I ordered my carpets cleaned ( 5 ) rooms. I,m happy with the cleaning but not with scothguarding and deodorizing before and after cleaning the carpets. This is like double standard. I can see after you clean the carpet you would scothguard but not before.

Yes, only because they sent a person out to do the job right the second time. Otherwise I would say no because the first team rush the job and when they finished it was sub par. We called them and requested them to come back but they advised they were aready out of the area and they would have the company to call back. The company called and scheduled another person to come out four days later and he did a great job. Too bad it was not him the first time.

the job was done in less then 15 minutes and the living area did not look clean. The job consisted of three bedrooms, a hall and dining, livingroom area. The areas were soaked and did not dry for almost two days. the job was done too quickly. I would not use them again.

They told us up front that they may not be able to remove the stain, and we were fine with that. But whatever they used on it bleached the carpet a bit. He said that we need a "restoration professional" (seeing as restoration is in their name, we thought that was ironic). They also left auto stains on our paver driveway. We were expecting something a bit more professional.

The best cleaning my carpets have ever had. ( i have had them cleaned 3 times before this.) we have off white carpets and they got out stains no one ever has. one month later my carpets still look like new

We have our business (Freshcoat Painting) through Service Magic as well. Nice to be able to help out a fellow user when there was probably hundreds of other carpet cleaners located between us and them. What sold us on Paramount was the fact that they called us at 7:45am (after we submitted a lead at 1:00am in the morning on Christmas night) and were very prompt upon arriving the same day.

the technication came right on time on the scheduled day of cleaning . He was very courteous , friendly and thorough w his work. We were very pleased with the over all turn out of our carpet cleaning job and would recommend them to anyone who whould need a cleaning. The owner was very courteous on the phone and email and kept in touch before our actual cleaning date. Thank you again Paramount Cleaning for a job well done!

He sold me odor reduction for an extra $100, even though I could not detect any odor. However, after the job was done, others detected odor. Paramount came back and got rid of the odor for no sdditional cost.

On time. Courteous. There was some confusion regarding number of areas to be cleaned. Bedroom closets and staircase areas count as a separate area. Got resolved. Make sure you talk about them when you get a quote. Removed most of the stains (some tough stains couldn't be removed even though they tried several times).

Went online to rate carpet cleaners in my area and chose Paramount. Donna called and gave me a quote and then a spacial holiday rate. She did a follow up call to confirm appt and at 8:30.am as scheduled, Mark & George arrived (very nice, professional & thorough). Carpets came out great! Gave them a referral of a friend and would recommend them to everyone.
