INCOMPLETE WORK!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! This company started off well with our basement construction. Then after 3 month they started lagging. Their manager Tyrone kept coming less and less. We had to list out all the unfinished details and Tyrone would maybe send only one work to be finished per week. This started happening as soon as their entire money was paid by contract. We started in September 2020 and by March 2021, we were repeatedly asking them to finish soon. Their owner was pointing to the manager and Tyrone the manager, stopping taking our calls or test. As a result they left our basement unfinished and we had to slowly finish many things ourselves or call other people to get things done. We have to get all the final inspection done. So I will never recommend them.

These guys did an amazing job from start to finish. Larry the project manager kept us up to date everyday. The project stayed on task and finished exactly when they told us it would. All the subcontractors were professional and friendly. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Great quality at a reasonable price. Very easy to work with, keeping us informed of schedule and progress.

If you hire this company I recommend to have every last items detailed on your estimate. We had 2 major changes in the contract and no contract adjustments. We elected to put in only half the Trey Ceiling (less labor/less material), and the contractor did not match the trim on the windows - no full wood casings for instead we received some Hardy board sill and a small trim below it (less labor / less and cheaper material) no price adjustment. Our drywall have a gab of about 3 inches toward the bottom. It's covered by a high baseboard for now. We better never change the baseboard height. Lastly, the work took about 2 weeks longer then expected. We elected to do the painting ourselves to save some on the cost. It turned out that sanding a banister and finishing it is part of the painting. Also, overall we had been looking for advice on how to design our basement. We elected not to have a bathroom because o cost. However, during the project it came to light that the hole we thought was for a sump pump was in fact the set up to put in a bathroom. Had we known before going on contract our design would have looked different. Also, we ended up with heat vents in the ceiling which is not unusual but it would have been good advice to let us know that a ceiling fan could help circulate the air. I realize we should have thought about this but the reason we hired a company and asked for a design because we needed help. Otherwise it could have been a full DIY project. I think the subcontractors are overall good companies and would recommend them. I am overall dissatisfied with the service and general contractor.
