The Technician was very professional and informative.

We came in to work one day, to find there was no AC in our offices. It was 90+ degrees that day, and as owner of the company, I saw that there was going to be little to no productivity that day. I called several companies, only to be told it would be a day or two before they could service our system. I was on the verge of sending everyone home, because the fans I purchased, just weren't doing the trick. Then, I called Paramount. Alan was at our offices within the hour. He determined it was a fan motor, and after a short trip to his office, had the new fan in hand. He also recommended replacement of a capacitor that he deemed to be on it's last leg. I figured he'd have to run to his shop again to get that, but he showed me a Full Stock of parts he had in his van. I'm in the Service Industry, and I have to admit I was impressed how stocked and organized his truck was. I was expecting a high bill, due to the response time and having to run back to his shop for fan. I was somewhat shocked how reasonable the bill was, and even added a little extra! Alan stayed around for a short time afterwards, and gave me some tips on what to do to keep my AC unit running efficiently. We have recommended Paramount to several companies and friends since this time, and they all have been pleased. We found our permanent Heating and Air company, and highly recommend Paramount to all. They were friendly and professional. I was offered several options. When the installation was complete, I was shown the new furnace, the new style of filter, and how to operate my new thermostat.

Did a very good job came as promised to complete the job on 4th of July holiday in good time. The labor fee was flat rate. I will highly recommend then to others.

They were the first of many calls but sounded like a good company with good reviews so I went with them. They showed up right away in the morning on a Monday and had an estimate ready within thirty minutes. Basic repairs, replace a piece and cleaning all done within and hour. Provided long-term maintenance advice and didn't try to sell me a new A/C to replace my old one. I would highly recommend based on their honest opinion and professional work.

I didn't know when my furnace and ac was last serviced so he did a complete check of both systems to ensure both were working propery. He made sure both were sound before he left.

Service technician came in the day before took a look at the task at hand gave me a price, I told him that I had confirm with my husband first. I ask could I let him know tomorrow, he said just call him and he wasn't pushing. When I call him to do the job, he came out ASAP then he did a great job and then came in to test the AC system. Very Professional!

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They got in contact with me very promptly. And when the tech came to my house to diagnosed the problem, he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I called Paramount after dealing with another company the day before. The other company charged me a service fee just to diagnose the issue, actually a hefty fee, and would have charged me again to replace a "faulty" part, and another service fee to replace the part. Paramount came and diagnosed the issue, and resolved it without needing to replace anything. I basically paid around 15% of what I expected to pay to have my issue fixed by the first company. These guys saved me hundreds of dollars. It was great to deal with these guys, and I will definitely call them again when I have HVAC issues in the future.

Alan was prompt. He got right to work. In fact, he diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes of his arrival. I was so pleased with his work, I intend to hire him to repair the HVAC.
