I received great service from Ian Rowell. In addition to the routine maintenance he took care of a recent issue with my Nest connection to my Nest app. He was professional, friendly, patient and provided me the help I needed to get it back up and running and to restore my settings.

They were efficient. Moved our pipes to be able to get to filter. Very nice cleaned up their mess. Wore protective slippers over their shoes. A technical pro came out 2 days later to Inspect the job.

Please get estimates from other companies before you settle with this company. Terrific service. A very fast response. The tech that came to my house was very knowledgeable about the equipment. Beyond that, they revealed themselves to be masked thieves trying to squeeze me for anything I was worth. The tech let me know that they were one of the last places in Columbus that could recharge an R-22 AC System. They gave me a rough estimate of about $4,000 to recharge my system. I told him I could not afford that and it was probably time I start living with no AC. I did a little more research the day after and found that all of the competitors in the area also recharge R-22, and most were charging less than 25% of the price for the same service. I ended up paying a very friendly local and licensed contractor $500 for the service the next day. Would not recommend to anyone that has other bills to pay.

Our A/C gave out during this month's "heat dome." Paramount saved us! They had the earliest availability and had the most dedicated, skilled, and courteous technicians I've ever met. They're passionate about their work and treat each client like family. They offered the most fairly priced rates I've seen for diagnostic visits and offered a great discount on a new HVAC system that they were able to install within 24 hours. All sooner than any other company could even get out for a first diagnostic visit. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I was very impressed with the caliber of individuals that worked my AC replacement project from the sales tech to the installers. Very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to answer my many questions about the installation.

So far so good. This has been the only company I've met with who has been completely transparent about repair costs and has even spoken with me about 'repair' as an option. Everyone else has only talked about replacement without even looking at my equipment. I'm still weighing the repair versus replace options, but this company clearly has the customer interest first and I recommend them to everyone.

They came to give an estimate on duct cleaning and after inspecting our furnace/ac unit we decided to have them replace the entire thing. They came back the next day and did the job. They were professional, friendly and clean. I highly recommend!

The men that did the cleaning were great. The first day they were here their equipment failed with three registers to go. It took an additional 5 days to finish.
