They responded quickly to my request for service, showed up on time on the scheduled date, did the installation, cleaned up and left me with exactly what I needed. Ken knows his business and knows how to treat his customers.

I left detailed instructions on what I wanted programmed, etc. the goal was to reduce remotes, cords, etc. My parents were there and they were convinced to purchase a large audio unit for backyard speakers. A better fix would have been to have me upgrade my unit. When I addressed this, I got an unprofessional answer and they stated they would pick up the unit. I have not heard back.
Response by Paramount Home Theater: Programmed four remotes. They had new entry level receiver that did not have zone 2 amplification. Notes said she MUST have two outdoor speakers working today. Installed secondary amp to outdoor speakers. Called customer--told her she bought the wrong receiver. She did not want to discuss optionsdid not have time for us. Said go ahead--get check for payment. Boyfriend called--said great job programming--not happy paid $150 for pre-amp. He said we never told them they could purchase a new receiver which was false. I said I could take amp out but would be charged $45 and would reimburse them $150 for the amp and I never heard back.

The workman was named Shad. Sorry if I misspelled his name. He was very prompt and polite. He set up my wall mount and even hung up my bunny ears antenna and attached it to my television so it would look neat. I would hire him again.

Ken was knowledgeable about the installation. He arrived prepared with the equipment, supplies and staff to complete the project in a reasonable amount of time. I would be comfortableto recommend him to my neighbors.

They drilled through my baseboard by accident and then connected the cable wire to an existing wire that was not a live wire (which he sais he checked prior). When I refused to pay him until the baseboard was fixed, he got irritated with me. I did not pay himthat day. When we tried oir TV it didn't work. We had to have the cable company come out and check everything. That's when we found that the cable was not connected. PHT came back out after a heated discussion with my husband and fixed and painted the base board, reran the cable and apologized for his behavior. We paid him a partial payment and sent him on his way. Wont use again.
Response by Paramount Home Theater: Customer stated the wire in the garage was active so we ran the wire from under the house through the garage and hooked up the existing wire that the customer pointed out. Customer did not want us to install the TV on the wall so we could not test the wire. We did drill through the baseboard and she was told that this may happen. When I left I did not expect payment until the baseboard was fixed and I was not irritated. I was to come out Tues to fix and prior to this received a call from her husband who was yelling, screaming and stated he wanted to arm wrestle for payment. I came out on fixed the problem and the customers were fine.
