He is not professional, good presentation, but he is not delivering the project that he promised.

I would have gone with another contractor if I could go back in time. I experienced many things that went wrong with this project and this contractor, such as poor workmanship, broke my gate and sprinkler valve and did a poor job fixing. Promised to come back if I saw anything not happy with, but he didn't show up as promised .

Listen to what the customer is paying you for, never has assumptions and never tell the customer they are at fault without inspecting.

I was really impressed by Cesar. The water sprinkler system for my front garden was broken and needed to be repaired. He originally gave a quote that looked fairly straightforward and easy to fix. Instead, the job ended up having a lot of hidden problems. Most other contractors would have thrown up their hands and renegotiated for the additional work. Instead, Cesar had the attitude of seeing all the issues as personal challenges to overcome and went up and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was working perfectly and correctly at no extra cost to me and always with a smile and a positive attitude. I also found his willingness to take the time to explain everything in detail to me about what he is doing extremely helpful and very educational. It is very clear to me that Cesar loves what he does and his enthusiasm is very infectious. For those of you that require a more structured performance, Cesar is very organic in his approach and consequently, you end up with a far better end result if you are willing to let him do his thing. I am so impressed by his don't quit work ethic, entrepreneurial go getter attitude, and personal integrity, that I gave him the much more difficult and comprehensive job of completely renovating my entire back yard as his next project and a bonus for all the extra work he did joyfully in the front garden. I am happy to recommend Cesar and Paramount Landscaping anytime!

Cesar was very professional right from the first phone call to follow up. Our yard was in a very bad shape as we were out of country. Cesar and team did not flinch, got to work and brought the yard to perfect shape. Highly recommend Cesar.

They came a little later than the original scheduled time, but they worked very hard and fast to spring clean the yard and rotor till the back yard.

Did a good job diagnosing problems with irrigation system problems and fixing them.

I learned about the company through HomeAdvisor. Cesar reached out to me about the problems with my sprinkler system. He showed up to my home within the time frame he said he would to give me a Free estimate. Cesar was very polite and extremely helpful. He was able to quickly determine what the problem was and he gave me what I felt was a good quote. He immediately started working and realized that the job was going to require a little more work than he originally thought. However, he did not change the original price he quoted me. He worked on the sprinkler until it was fixed. His dedication and work ethic are Amazing. He is knowledgeable and really cares about what he's doing. I would definitely hire Cesar again and recommend him.
