Paramount Roofing Inc refuses to make corrections and repairs to their work. Not recommended.

I have reached out to Paramount Roofing after the installation of my roof in 2021 until as recent as August 2022 on numerous occasions (by phone, text and email) that I was still having water leaking into my home in two places, I also provided pictures and videos of the leaks. I keep getting we will come back out, and over this time period, they have physically shown up only two times. The first time to repair but the leaks are still happening. The second time to inspect but the leaks are still happening. I'm very disappointed to have paid so much money because the only reason I got a new roof was to repair the two leaks. I wish Paramount Roofing would stand by their work and repair my roof so that I would not have mold building up in my room where the leaks are happening. This is not acceptable and I will pursue further actions to get this problem fixed.

The owner Marco was very thorough in explaining the process. He adjusted the price for me making the job more affordable. My brother, a retired roofer spoke with him a couple of times and stated he feels they did a good job. He sent me before, after and during photos as I requested. I plan to use them for another project.

Marco, Mike, and Irving plus crew were all SO amazing to work with. The price was fantastic and they got everything done in two days despite my grandfather's roof being an absolute nightmare. Their patience is outstanding while working with a much more difficult and temperamental client like my grandfather and they were so understanding and accommodating. The new roof is beautiful and they cleaned up everything so well you would have never known they were here. Thank you again guys! Came recommended from from a friend Iâ ve known since 4th grade. He worked with my friend to get his roof approved through insurance claim process as well as my friends daughter. He got in contact with me went over the details and was very helpful with understanding the process and making it simple. Got the work done for roof replacement at the cost of insurance approval and also through in full gutter replacement with no agreement solely based off his word. Marco was a very honest man I really appreciated his thoroughness on my project.

Paramount was a wonderful company to work with. They were always prompt with turnaround on communication and questions. They provided 2 estimates so we could decide what would be best for our budget. Their use of drone technology made getting the estimate and progress updates super easy for me to understand as a layperson. We have a flat roof and that was no problem for them. I was impressed with the quality of materials used and the men who did the work were professional, polite and fast. They followed up afterwards to make sure we were satisfied and Marco provided thorough answers to our questions. I would absolutely recommend Paramount to anyone with roofing needs, and plan to recommend to anyone I know seeking roof repair or replacement.

Marco and his team did an awesome job on the roof repairs for my parents home, since I live out of state he kept me in the loop throughout the project! I am so please with this company, not only are they professional with very reasonable prices, they were prompt and anytime I had a question I received a quick response!
