These folks were on time and did what was necessary to address my concerns and provided the needed edification to leverage them in the future for repeat business as needed.

Good communication and willing to work with our schedule. The tech arrived on-time, listened to our particular concerns, then told us exactly what he would be doing to resolve the problem. He completed all treatment within an hour. As he worked, he noted that we could avoid encouraging certain pests by moving some stacked lumber and arborist debris farther from the house. We haven't seen a carpenter ant since Paratex visited our property, and we intend to have the company return regularly to keep it that way.

This gentleman set up appointment and arrived right on time. When my tenant found more of the pest problem a week after his visit, he came back out to do an additional treatment....no questions asked.

They keep track of what your needs are and notify you when and what service is needed. Very prompt and courteous. Highly recommend them

I would highly recommend Paratex. Not only did Paratex give the better offer, but The owner was very flexible to our scheduling needs and he is super friendly. He has tons of experience so he was pretty much in and out making our hornets nest situation less stressful.

We had mud dauber wasps near the front entry. A quick Home Advisor search found Paratex. Phil called within a few minutes and was able to come out, assess the situation and take care of the wasps the next day. So happy! Thanks so much!!

I recieved an almost immediate response as soon as I contacted them. That impressed me as well as the comprehensive indoor outdoor and crawl space treatment. My husband dealt with them mostly, and he said he was impressed with Phil also. It was threatening to rain later in the day, so Phil said he would return to complete exterior treatment around the house. But I had to call his office to find out that it was indeed completed, there should be a phone call to us the day he goes back out to complete the work and that I don't have to wonder about it 10 days later. Having said that, I would hire them again.

Phil was right on time and setup all the mouse traps in the lower level of our house and also in the crawlspace I cant talk about the results yet as the project was done just yesterday.

Good costumer service, the price is right. So far, mices are gone.
