I spoke with Roger to establish a service contract on my HVAC unit. He sent me an invoice to establish it which I paid. After that he blocked my number and I have not been able to contact him through multiple calls, texts, or emails.

Roger came out and inspected my HVAC without charging me an â inspection feeâ . He was prepared when he came back to fix the unit and was 1/3 the price of the nearest competitor. As someone who works in customer service daily, this is a Professional whoâ s team I would recommend to everyone.

Roger is one of the most personable people I've ever met, and the work he did for us was top notch. He found a problem our previous installer had made (resulting in black mold in the duct), repaired, it, worked until after 7pm getting the new duct in place, and I've recommended him on Next Door and to my neighbors
