We had a slot time from 12-5, at 5 I called and asked status and they said they were tied up at another job, ok I understand that but they never called to update us, and this was after they called me to reschedule this appointment the first time. We rescheduled for the next day and they were prompt did a good job.

Turned out our problem was with the city sewer line but Mr. Pardo took the time to change out the various lengths of the snake used to go all the way through to the end of our main line. He was also nice enough to call and explain everything to me and the City of Sanford came out and fixed it the next day. Great service!

I received a phone call from Pardo & Son before I had even logged off the ServiceMagic website. John came to fix my problem the next day. John was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, extremely helpful, and charged a reasonable fee for the services provided. I was completely satisfied with his work and attitude. I plan to hire him for bath projects in the near future and have recommended him to my son. I will also make my neighbors aware of my satisfaction with Pardo and Son.
