Paredes construction (owned by Victor Paredes) was a pleasure to work with. Victor was on the job every day and his workers were equally a pleasure to work with and to have around our home. They were respectful and trustworthy. Work done entailed: installing an new Azek deck railing, retrimming an entire 3500 sq ft house in Azek(exterior trim), power washing full cedar shingle exterior, repairing and replacing damaged and expired shingles, treating shingles with Benjamin Moore Arborcoat, and power washing and staining a 1300 sq ft mahogany deck. The job came out amazing, on budget, and Only a few weeks beyond promised completion (due to uncooperative weather). I will be sure to use Victor again and would recommend him to anyone looking for someone who has a good team and takes pride in the quality of his work.

Victor and his team accepted a critical deck repair job that needed to be carried out under difficult conditions. Victor understood the issues immediately, he had excellent suggestions for improvements and provided a quote within 10% of the final cost. The team came at the agreed-upon start date and worked tirelessly over the course of the subsequent days until the job was completed ahead of time. The team was cautiously treating the infrastructure in close proximity of the deck to avoid any damages and cleaned up the construction area at the end of every day. I wholeheartedly recommend Peredes Construction.

The company was very efficient and knowledgeable as well as accommodating.

Victor was on time and close to his final estimate. He repaired broken bricks and rails on my entrance steps. It was a small job but difficult. His worker was an artist with his repairs, you could hardly see a difference to the original. With summer being their busy time for work, it was nice to have someone like Peredes to undertake a small (difficult) job within a week. I would recommend Victor and his crew for any home improvement.

Victor showed up promptly for the estimate, gave a reasonable price, and quickly scheduled the repair of my chimney caps. Had a very heavy rain the other day and there were no leaks. I'm very satisfied with his work.

Everything went great. Within an hour of filling out the request I was contacted by Victor & we setup a time to have him come over & take a look. He came over, went up on the roof to take a look & gave me a great price of $250 for the repair. He came over later in the week & did the job in under 2 hours; & so far it's been great. We get some pretty strong storms with high winds & so far no shingles have come of during the last few storms. The only reason I didn't give him a 5 in Customer Service is because he messed up the appointments a couple of times. But I would still recommend him to anyone.
