I had every expectation to be leaving a 5-star review and doing future business with this company. Freddy came highly recommended and his reviews seemed to support it. Most of their work was satisfactory. They could have done better at covering my belongings but it is very hard doing a full renovation on a home that is being lived in. They go too fast and end up doing things twice but they were agreeable to try to make it right. My house is very old and not easy to work on. The big mistake I made was letting them get ahead of me on payments. The work is 85-90% done and 90% paid. He had collected 39k from me already as the job progressed but five of the eight rooms they were refinishing still need a fair amount of painting. While we did certainly hit some stumbling blocks that took Freddy more time his fee was adjusted to compensate. Freddy left the country for three weeks during my project. During that time I was suddenly running around and paying for materials he was supposed to provide. Even on his return Freddy became impossible to communicate with rarely returning texts and never returning calls. For 2 weeks he said he would stop by to meet and discuss this. No show. He had previously been fine with communication. He decided he will not return until I pay him more money first. Based on the sudden difficulty communicating I was skeptical that he would be any easier to work with after this payment. I gave up on the daily frustration of trying to communicate with him and decided to move on. What a terrible disappointment. I had recommended Freddy to so many other homeowners and contractors I know during the project. I guess that was a mistake.

Nice guys and hard working .. worked for 5 days straight to get the job done.. I had a few mishaps but the boss made sure to send someone to touch up and I am very pleased. Would use them again for sure.

My family and I were blown away of how thorough Paredes Painting is, pays attention to details, start early, work long hours to get the job done. We had some water damage that required repair. We are very happy of the turnout and the amount of work required, to perform in painting our home, in a short period of time. They are wonderful. So professional. They had a great team of workers that were courteous and very conscientious. They worked non stop and completed the job in a short period of time. My house looks great! My niece also used him for her house in Cornwall and was very pleased!

I have used Freddy several times on different projects. Their prices are good but more importantly, the quality of the work Is awesome. They come early and they stayed late and they clean up after themselves every day. I would certainly recommend them as well as use them again myself.

I hired Paredes Painting to paint the first floor interior of my Town house / Condo. I have to say my experience was great. Fredy is very knowledgeable and offers sound advice on paint selection. The guys arrived early and finished ahead of schedule. They were very courteous, polite and professional. They worked extremely hard. The quality of their work was excellent, . They went above and beyond fixing imperfections in both the ceiling and walls. They were very thorough with their prep work, they masked fixtures, removed the wall plates, and put plastic down every where. Thier painting skills are excellent and they cleaned up thoroughly after they were finished. Fredy quoted a fair price for the project and that is exactly what I paid. Fredy and his crew did a beautiful job painting the exterior of our house. Fredy worked with us In terms of a fair price, with cost options. He was patient as we waited for our improvement loan to come through. While he offered professional advice on paint quality and colors, he guided us to the best outcome.. If you want a great painting team that is very professional, courteous and organized, then call Paredes. Fredy showed up right on time for the initial quote as did the painters for the job. They did not skimp, both power cleaning the house and hand scraping, applying both primer and final coats. They worked on the exterior paint job from beginning to end, one day to clean and scrape the outside, and 3.5 days to begin and finish the painting. They took the time to tape and paper areas to protect, used tarps underneath, and cleaned up the site and stored supplies daily. A detailed, signed quote was provided, as well as insurance certificates before the job began. Very pleased with the result. Would clearly use them again.

The painters arrived always early and on time. Very professional and very kind. They cleaned up at the end of each day. The price that was quoted was the price we paid. The results were awesome.
