Have been a customer for over 5 years. Had Parham's replace two main units due to coils going bad on our old units about 12 years old. They are a pleasure to deal with being both professional and responsive for both our install, and past annual servicing or emergencies. Had a lower price but chose this company after our excellent relationship over many years.

Good, they responded immediately. Scheduled day went without a hitch. They gave me a quote but wasn't sure if it was necessary to fix. I will have to consult other places for more quotes. The price they quoted after researching was much higher than they quoted me while at my home so I was reluctant to act.

We had originally called another company that took three days to come out due to a heavy workload. When the original company checked the system and informed us that we needed a whole new system at the cost of $6000.00. I called in Parham's for a second opinion. The technician came out that day and was there for about an hour and repaired the system for $200.00. Our A/C is working great. The customer service was outstanding. Parham's has my business from now on.
