Appraisal done to satisfaction.

I would not recommend this appraisal company. The appraisal was done the day it was promised to be submitted to me. My name was misspelled. I asked the appraiser to correct it. Some of the information in the appraisal is inaccurate b/c the appraiser did not take the time to ask the questions. The final copy was delivered after 5pm on the day it was due. The edited copy with the correct spelling of my name was submitted the following day it was due. What a disappointment of a rushed job not well done. A week was asked and not completed after a week? NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Then he was on time, very personable and knowledgable and informative about my neighborhood - he was so well versed in history of this neighborhood that probably old time residents weren't even aware of it!
