Mike Park is a very knowledgeable and professional contractor.

We had two porches added to our home. They were willing to work with us and got our lumber early so that we could stain it. Since it was winter, it took a little longer than expected but the quality of the work was excellent.

My elderly parents had foundation drainage issues in Las Cruces. I no longer live in NM and found Mike through Home Advisor. I contacted him & explaining the problem. Mike was extremely knowledgeable, professional & courteous. He provided ideas to solve the issues and I felt I could trust him to meet my parents. Mr. Park is the real asset for his company and had I NOT foolishly taken the advise of the ServPro person to cancel an appointment with Mr. Hall BEFORE they undertook grossly UNNEEDED demolition, I might have saved a lot reconstruction of my first floor had I discussed with him what demolition was REALLY required. Mr. Hall always returned calls, even when it was to cancel my initial appointment. Fine workmanship on drywall and baseboard replacement, and textured repainting. Fair estimate of costs. Highly recommended!

Mr. Park does what he says hes going to do. If he said he was going to be at my house at a certain time, he was there. If he said he was going to do a certain thing on a certain day, he did it. He charged me exactly what he quoted me. There were no hidden charges at the last minute. He������s very fair. He did his best to save me money. I picked out my security door and then he purchased it and passed his contractor discount on to me, saving me about half the price of the door. Mr. Park does an exemplary job. He takes great pride in his work and does the job right or not at all!

Job was completed on schedule. Paint didn't quite match existing structure but not bad. Customer had to clean up some paint splatter but that wasn't too bad either. Did not always show up on days they said they would be there but job still got done on time. Materials used were of very high quality. All people involved were very polite. I would definitely recommend this contractor.

After this man left my house I had to hire someone else to come clean up everything, that cost me more money. Mr. Park forgot a about me a few times and the one cactus he planted almost looks dead. He planted a $200 Cali Plam that I bought and it is not doing very well. HE also ran over my drip system and flipped a braker. Very displeased!!!!!!!!!

This was one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. He, and his team, were a pleasure to have around and professional from start to finish. The job was completed quickly and exactly as bid. I plan to use them again!

He came out the same day and made an assessment and returned the next day with the appropriate tools. He explained what he did and the price seemed fair to me.

Very professional and easy to work with. They did a great job and I had no issues with any of the work. Mr. Park is a very friendly and honest man whom I will work with again in the future. The cost was the lowest out of five different landscapers I talked to. The work was beautiful and done the way I asked. Mr. Park is a highly skilled landscaper who will get the job done with the best prices in town.

Mr. Park worked with me to stay within my budget (breaking all the different projects into individual items), and to address things that needed to be completed before the roof and stucco could be started. His subcontractor for the stucco was outstanding, and Mr. Park handled our metal roofing himself with his workers. His work is very good, and he is a joy to work with. Smart, funny, and very hard-working! He TOTALLY is my next major contractor!

I was contacted the next day after I put my email in late the night before. He came out and assessed the work and came back the next business day and completed the work.

Mr Park and Associate performed a detailed examination of my "wall problem", and provided me with a comprehensive description and explanation of current conditions, expected future conditions and the options and remedial actions available to me. I could not be more satisfied with their professionalism.

Mike Park is one of the few contractors we have dealt with who we feel stuck by his word and followed through on everything he said he would do. He has the same issue with sub-contractors that everyone in this area has - unreliability and shoddy quality. Several subs who started the job did not finish the job. It was unclear if they left or were fired. Some aspects turned out very poorly and we were quite concerned. But, Mike personally made everything right. I would recommend Park Enterprises soley on the personal integrity of Mike Park.
