We have air conditioning! So it was a better experience than the first company we talked to. First off our original appointment had to be cancelled because someone didn’t go to work. So the general manager called us and was able to come out a couple days later. This experience was way better because we realized that we were able to get an A/C system without updating our electrical box. It took about 3 days to do the complete install. We were left one day with no wall air conditioning, but thankfully it was only one day and it cooled off at night to be able to get some relief. The only issue I had was the patchwork. Some of it looked ok, some of it looked incomplete. When I called Dan said the would come look at it and fix it. That is going to happen next week. For the most part everything went extremely well and we are very happy with our system.

Our air conditioning unit went out on 105 to 106 degree day. Be contacted Park and they were able to schedule us for the next day which was very prompt. The technician was personable. However the unit needed Freon which they do not provide for their trucks. We were told that he would call and return the next with the freon. Never heard from them on this subject. We have now contacted another contractor who has Freon on his truck. Their fee is also substantially higher than that of the new contractor that we have engaged. It seems to me that if you are in the air conditioning repair business you would have freon on board your vehicles since that is a component in keeping a home cool. I would not recommend this company due to high fees and poor follow up.
