This is my second time using them. I searched Home Advisor because I misplaced their number. I am glad they came up as one of my options. They are really great, efficient, fair price and all around a pleasure to work with.

Tile & Grout Cleaning
Did a good job of cleaning the middle areas of the tile and grout, but a poor job in areas near sides and walls. They did not clean within 3-4 inches of walls and sides.
Response from Parkar Carpet Cleaning
"We scrub sides by hand , but this sounds like we need to go over it again, I will come back at no charge."

John did an excellent job at our house's carpet cleaning. We asked him to come back to do touch-up on some tough stained area and he double checked the work he did previously. Very reasonable price and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
