I want to start by saying, I have never written a review before, but this experience was so exceptional, I feel compelled. Today is the day before Thanksgiving and I woke up to a cold first floor in my home, and I just knew I was going to have to PAY to get a service technician to come today. Also, tomorrow is supposed to be 10 degrees, and I'm expecting a house full of people. I called my usual service provider, but unfortunately they were not going to be able to come until Friday. So, I turned to Home Advisor. The first pro wanted a $159 emergency service fee, and they wouldn't be able to come until after 5:00PM. I accepted that, because I needed it fixed, no matter what. Home Advisor later called to check on me, and when I said I was going to pay an "emergency fee" for service, the consultant said, I have another pro you can try, Parker Aire, LLC. I said Ok. Minutes later Ted called and said no problem, I can be there around noon. I was thrilled. But here's the best part (really, it actually gets better), he didn't take me to the cleaners! I have a nice new heatpump, and an 18 year old, builder grade, heatpump, and of course the one that stopped working this morning was the old girl. Ted and his helper worked on the unit for an hour and a half, and they actually found nothing wrong with it!! What, Really?!? He could have totally made up a failed motor, or some other part that costs $300, or better yet, he could have told me I needed to replace the whole thing! Nope, they serviced the unit, checking everything from top to bottom, and found nothing wrong with it. He then charged me a really reasonable standard service fee, AND he then left his personal cell number, in case the old girl decides to quit working over the holiday! Real - Live - Actual - Customer - Service, with Integrity!! I'm still shocked, and I told everyone in my office! So, that's why I decided to write my very first review, ever! Parker Aire, LLC provided me exceptional service, with integrity. I will absolutely be calling Ted again!!

Parker Aire called and less than a hour later they were at my house fixing my heating unit. I just knew this was to be expensive and that they were going to tell me that I needed a new system; however, Ted came in smiling and went straight to my unit and discovered the issue in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I have heat and my dog is no longer shivering. Thank you and I would definitely recommend them to my friends. He even gave me advise on how I can extend the life of my current system.

Teddy understood the nature of the service call, and he knew it was an emergency. He moved some calls according to the priority level of each service call and he service the roof top unit and repaired the leak.
